Excellent picture quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has that excellent OLED picture quality with perfect blacks, but it could use a better anti-reflective screen coating. Not terrible by any means, but since it can't get as bright as the nicer led/lcd TVs, the reflections in darker scenes are noticible. My older lg oled C6P was curved and did an excellent job at dispersing any reflections. I miss that with the newer Oled's all being flat.

Greatest TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The greatest TV I've ever had. And the first one that my girlfriend viewed and could actually see the difference with. Out of the box the picture looked amazing and I only tweaked it a little for my living room. OLED is the way!

Love it!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this TV! If you’re looking for a great tv just to watch something on, I’d say go with a Sony 900 series. But if you’re a gamer, the features in this tv is unmatched. Great for my pc and nvidia shield! After the initial set up, everything was great!

Amazing tv for gaming and movies
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly I don’t feel like writing a long review. There’s plenty of detailed reviews on youtube on the C9 2019 model that can help you decide if this is the right tv for you. The C9 is an amazing tv as it is and this CX 2020 model a little better especially for gaming.

Incredible picture
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st OLED, picture quality is excellent out of the box, even better if calibrated. No issues with brightness even in a bright room. Display automatically goes to a screen saver when paused or idle to avoid burn-in. 10/10 would purchase again.

OLED technology truly shines above all the rest. The picture quality, motion handling, and power behind the tv are a sight to behold. Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new TV with the exception of it missing one app, but I would buy it again and recommend to anyone who asked. The picture and sound are great. I was afraid I would have to purchase a sound bar, but I was delightfully surprised when I didn’t.

Annoying setup but good overall
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SUPER thin tv be careful laying it down to mount the stand! I bought this to upgrade my entertainment Center, had a 10 year old Samsung plasma. I like the tv, setup is a little annoying though. You have to go through and actually turn a lot of features off to get an optimal picture. I use a receiver to switch inputs, so I only have one HDMI out to the tv but it has a mind of its own and changes inputs for some reason. Video games look amazing

LG CX Replaces Sony XBR55C850C
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This LG CX is a great TV. The LG CX replaced a Sony XBR55C850C that failed after 5 years. The LG CX has an easier operating system and than the Sony too. The LG CX picture is much sharper than the cloudy picture that the Sony produced.

Solid investment!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had a great experience with this TV! The magic remote curser is kind of annoying. I don’t know if there is a way to turn that off. The image quality is night and day. The blacks are so much better this time around. Video games look amazing as well!

A nearly perfect TV, with one fatal flaw
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box, this TV is something to behold. After calibrating it to my optimal viewing preferences, I knew I had struck gold. My only gripe is that when watching HDR titles, the brightness left something to be desired. Of course, then came the deal-breaker. Upon playing a 4K blu-ray disc with DTS-HD loseless master audio (which my soundbar can decode, and that most TV's in this price range can passthrough when connected to ARC), a message popped up that read, "This audio format is not supported." Well, after doing some digging, lo and behold, LG decided not to license DTS audio on their 2020 TV models, meaning you can't even get it through ARC passthrough when playing Blu-rays. LG still manufacturers blu-ray players capable of playing DTS audio, so not including such a basic feature like this is nonsensical and immensely disappointing. Best Buy lists DTS under supported audio formats in the specs for this TV, but that is incorrect. For most purposes, this TV is the one to get. However, for A/V enthusiasts who have a sound system and care about playing lossless audio from their blu-rays (and a vast amount of BD audio tracks are in fact DTS), this TV just doesn't cut it. If that doesn't matter to you, then for the price, you can't go better.

Great picture and sound, add ROKU for smart TV
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture quality is great and sound is surprisingly good for built into the TV. Good thing it has 4 HDMI ports. The only downside is I had to get a Roku for smart TV options. The built in “smart” system doesn’t work with everything, nor do the app compatibility stay up to date with LG’s built in software. Get a Roku easy fix and everything else is great.

Just buy one.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the LG CX 65 inch before this one. Loved it so much I bought the 55 inch for another room. It was between this and the Sony a8h. I am so happy I saved some money. This tv is great ready for the future. Makes the ps5 come to life.

Wow, what a picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this TV to replace an older plasma TV. What a big improvement in picture quality with 4k capable Roku Ultra and HD live broadcast antenna! (Yes, this baby boomer finally cut the cable.) TV is packed with tech extras included free LG channels.

LG OLED
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture and sound quality. Variety of apps already downloaded. Only difficult part was putting together the stand. The instructions for assembling the stand were terrible. Luckily I found a YouTube video that made it super easy.

Fantastic!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about this TV. Colors are beautiful but exaggerated like some other brands tend to do, the blacks are true and not not grey and there are no halos. Whether it's for everyday watching, movies or gaming, this IS your best choice.

Excellent picture and functionality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good picture quality and smart functionality. Make sure to inspect the screen pixels and make sure no dead ones exist. I found dead pixels right out of the box but Best Buy had a real good hassle free return for it.
