I have bad eyes and could not watch the old LCD screens. I always bought Plasma TVs but they get very hot and I don't even think they make them anymore. This LG OLED TV is perfect...it has a blue light filter feature and I love it...no more eye strain! If you have eye strain, make sure you enable the blue light filter feature. Also, it has Alexa so I just say "Alexa, turn on TV" It's amazing!
