They kept me in the loop with regard to their arrival. They were methodical, polite and answered all of my questions on how to operate my new device. It was a very positive experience. I advise all my friends looking for electronic devices to buy at Best Buy so the Geeks will do their installation. The GEEKS are the BEST part of Best Buy!
