Geek Squad was an independent contractor who was great. He connected the TV to our system and programmed it for use. He was patient and helpful. Cannot say enough positive. It was a wonderful experience. The customer experience in the store was wonderful. The staff was patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great everything, but the sound is a little soft.

A geek gave me that information when I called asking if I had a problem. He said they are all like that. Good thing I own a sound bar, but people need to know those things on the front end.

55” CX OLED TV - Excellent

The OS is intuitive and the remote uses several inputs, including a moving pointer by moving your arm. I’ve gotten beautiful outputs from a 4K cable box and a PS4 Pro, and I’m looking forward to using this as an excellent PS5 display.
