This is the first TV that I've actually invested money in and I like it I don't have any experience in Prior ownership but I have gone online and I watched some reviews and read reviews on products and I have to say I am impressed with the LG.

The only thing that is a little problem is that the remote looks the same but the buttons that I used most has been moved. I keep using the previous ones that now do a different command. When you put in new comannds they should be put in a different spot.

Hands down the best TV I have ever owned. The built-in Web-OS store is missing a lot of apps and some of the apps have performance issues, but plugging in a roku or other streaming stick makes this the only tv worth owning.

You can not beat OLED with other technology! LG should work on their webos more and bring apps like hotstar hbomax.

Found this TV on sale and grabbed it. GREAT for gaming, and looking forward to the new PS5 release to enhance our gaming experience. T H I N tv- slightly heavier than you'd think, but VERY VERY THIN.

I am very satisfied with the purchase! I would recommend this purchase to anyone in the market for a smart TV. It emits a lot less heat than our old Samsung from 2011, which this TV replaced.

First I must commend BestBuy and their return policy. The TVs picture is beautiful but has screen tearing on my Series X at 120hz with VRR. Sure you can turn it off and it works somewhat better but I expect a tv at this price to work as described.

Superb Television in most every way. Some redundant UX features that could go away, you'll figure it out. MAKE SURE YOU OPT FOR THE 5 YEARS OF GEEK SQUAD COVERAGE AS THEY ARE ONLY GAME IN TOWN WHEN IT COMES TO OLED BURN IN. IT'S A MUST!

Great picture but not the best sound/volume. I’m getting use to it and I love the ‘smart’ features

Love the tv. Hard to get during covid. Had outstanding reviews so had to have it since my toshiba lasted only 2 years. Always loved LG and will never buy a Toshiba again. This tv can never compete with them. This has so much to offer overall. Very happy

GREAT TV out of the box looks great made some adjustments looks even better sound quality from speakers better than usual from tv but still not greatest - as expected hdmi ports with the good stuff galore nice and thin amazing just get it.

I really like the access to web-based platforms/Smart TV. One drawback is that the HD quality is only as good as my cable set-top box, so I am unable to get all of the quality that the OLED has to offer at this stage. The other bummer is the width and clunkiness of the platform -- it makes the footprint very wide/or deep so the sleekness and thinness of the screen is negated. I do like the different resolution settings for sports, games, cinema etc.

This is my first review ever and this tv is so awesome I had to write a review if you are a gamer don't hesitate buy this tv your gaming experience will change the graphics color and performance makes this tv a must buy.thank you lg

A fantastic TV. Great in bright rooms too. Remember that these higher end TVs need more than a little user tweaking to get that desired picture. Be sure to do that instead of relying on the out of box settings (which are still great settings)

I had initially purchased the LG 55" OLED tv. When Best Buy delivered uni and installed it, the TV did not function properly. Within 2 days I had a new TV installed to replaced the defective unit. Very impressed with their customer service.

So far the LG OLED tv is performing very well and the quality of the pictures are as promised as advertised.

Love this tv. I just wish I didn’t allow my lady friend to talk me out of getting a bigger one. I have hooked this up to my gaming PC and current gen consoles. Best monitor TV you can ask for with HDMI 2.1.

Best TV I’ve ever owned. Amazing quality. Only thing that concerns me is moving it. I am moving out of state in 6 months and I don’t know how I am going to pack it, bc the box that it comes in isn’t great for re-packing.

Great TV....love all the new apps and internet options. this TV replaced a 15 year old 55 inch which is still good but did not have the latest options and technology. Screen is sharp, colors are radiant, and an easy install

it was easy, I used gift cards from Kroger. The wall mount was a lot less expensive than I expected and the sales guy recommended it because he used the same mount at his own house. the people there were friendly and nice.
