Avoid LG

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is fine and comparable to other OLEDs on the market, but their Customer Service is atrocious. I had a blemish in the screen appear after about 8 months of use. I called LG service and after 3 reps, about 6 hours on the phone, and 3 no call backs from a supervisor they finally booked in an home repair. Yet, even after the in-home repair was scheduled and the replacement part was ordered, the in-home technician had to call LG and get approval for the part replacement. Guess what? While this guy was standing in my living room saying there was a problem, the LG rep on the line said "yup my boss says that's cosmetic and doesn't affect the performance of the TV. No approval." Guess what buddy, cosmetics are a performance aspect of TVS!!

Died after 3 months

Now we have to wait for a technician to come and fix it on the warranty but that doesn’t give me confidence in the short 9 months left on the warranty. Before that it has great sound and a great picture though but did needed turned off and on due to some odd glitches way more than a brand new tv should need.
