    I've had this TV for a week and let me tell you: the software is JUNK! Unnerving to have spent this much money on something that is, quite frankly, broken. I'm encountering major bugs that I've already spoken to their customer service team about. Again, I've had this TV for mere days. There are serious platform bugs that render the remote useless. If you have Sling or HBO, forget it. I can't believe that after this much money spent, I have to go out and buy a Roku. It's simply unacceptable that they are selling broken products right out of the box.

    I have had this tv less than 3 years and it has already been fixed 2 times. They had to replace the motherboard because of flickering screen. It also wasn’t staying connected to the internet. It’s now having the same problem of not connecting to the internet. LG won’t do anything. Expensive piece of junk!!!!

    We have had this tv for 1 year and 3 days. The screen went black and nothing works. No on or off, no menu, no picture. Yes, i checked all of the connections, power and did a reset. Waiting to hear fro LG on repair. Of course the warranty is for 1 year. Great picture, when it worked.

    TV stopped working after 6 months. TV just clicks and no longer turns on. I have had samsung OLED/LEDs for years and never had a single issue. LG has failed me all 3 times I have purchased them. The TV looked great but the fact they don't last more than 6 months to a year is why I will never purchase another one

    Dead after 1 and 1/2 years. Very disappointed

    The 55 in LG Oled G1 broke after a year and a half. Contacted LG and they told me I am out of warranty and there is nothing they can do but refer me to a local repair shop. Did research, and it seems like it is a common issue in regards to the psu. Literally a year and a half years later and $1200 and the tv dies. Also I want to mention that it’s a tv that I barely use. I own 2 other LG oleds and I have had no issues. Very disappointed, and it’s making me question if I want to purchase LG TVs in the future.

    TV is honestly great in terms of specs and visuals but it’s smart features are awful and it also has advertisements that pop up while watching tv that can’t be turned off thus the one star rating. i didn’t pay as much money as i did for this thing to be bombarded by ads that aren’t even a part of what I’m watching. This is a greedy practice and if I knew it was a part of the TV before I never would have bought it. I won’t be buying an LG tv again as long as this is their practice.

    Had for 2 weeks, tv randomly shut off while watching and would not turn back on. The picture was excellent while it worked. They have no more available.. while they are offering a refund, it will be 30 days which seems a bit excessive..

    I first purchased this tv in April 2022. The first set must have been damaged during shipping and had a broken display. Not a big deal, it happens. I returned it to the store and grabbed another. This second set worked fine for about a week, then developed a dead row of pixels. Best buy was great and brought me a THIRD tv directly to my house for free. This worked great for about 4 months, but just randomly blew the main board and no longer comes on. I am now out of the return window for Best Buy and have a very expensive paper weight. I have had an LG C1 for several years, which has been great. Not sure why the QC is so poor for this more expensive model, but really hoping to get something else and be rid of it. Taking this thing on and off the wall isn’t something I like doing every few months.

    Great While it Lasted - Which Wasn’t Long

    TV lasted only 6 months and then bricked itself. Geek Squad visited and ‘think’ it may be the power board, but since the TV won’t even turn on any longer, they aren’t sure. Best Buy won’t replace the TV, which is now useless, until they make several in-home appointment to try to fix first (oh yeah, including cancelling one such appointment already). I’ve purchased many, many products through Best Buy (multiple washers, driers, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.) and have never had a complaint or made a request for a replacement… this is my first issue and seriously, a TV that gets only minimal use is no longer working at all and it was very expensive too. Well, beware where you make your purchases from, because this has been awful.

    Don't buy LG TVs, constant issues and the TV straight up died after a little over a year and they don't stand behind it, despite it being super expensive.
