Dark Screen

The background is dark and I tried and tried different options with no luck! Plus everytime I turn the TV on or turn the volume up or down an annoying announcer tells me what " The volume is up 10, the volume is up 11, the volume is up 12"

OK, not Great

Probably, if one uses Netflix or another streaming service, the picture would be better. Buyer beware! What you see at the store is not what you will see at home.
