Great value Picture is very good Great smart tv

I have now had this TV for a month and a half. It exceeds my expectations. I love everything about it. My recommendation is to have the Best Buy Geek Squad set it up for you. I could never have done it myself. I also got the sound bar from Best Buy at their half price deal. That was a good move. The sound is so much better with the sound bar.

Overall a good tv. Picture quality is good but the black background is patchy. There is a gray strip which is annoying and I've tried several settings to correct this but without success. You don't see it on the picture but on the menu screen and anywhere where background is black

The LG TV has a great picture and is fairly easy to use.

This was my 1st 4k so overall I'm impressed but the the local dimming gives it bad banding issues. With it turned off its only visible from sharp angles now and it's very faint. I wouldn't recommend at full price but I bought when 2019 models came out and for that I think it was worth it.

Was hoping to get a couple of other models, but since I went on the tax free weekend, supplies were more limited. The sales person was very helpful in showing me comparable models and answering questions. Very happy with purchase. Beautiful picture and decent sound. Using cable remote except for other sources (e.g. netflix, amazon)

Great tv. The color is so nice. The tv is easy to use

It is one of the best 4K TV for the price level. Image quality is amazing. For dark and streaming (sometimes we know the internet connection is flaky) we can notice how TV tries to improve to darker images, being not so smooth. Not something that would make me change my mind. The universal controlling is amazing, even with TV RC or other universal RC, like AppleTV.

We recently took our upstairs family room TV downstairs for our son and his buddies. Bought this for my wife and I in the upstairs family room. We now get the hype! Amazing image even without a 4K disc. We are really looking forward to our first full 4K movie!

BOUGHT THIS TV IN 2019. PICTURE QUALITY IS POOR; NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH AND NOT SHARP ENOUGH. ALSO--AND THIS IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT THIS TV--THE SMART TV FUNCTION FREQUENTLY DROPS THE WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION AND DOES NOT STORE WIFI PASSWORD. I HAVE TO ENTER WIFI PASSWORD AND WAIT FOR TV TO CONNECT . . . SOMETIMES THIS TAKES THREE OR FOUR ATTEMPTS. THESE PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURRED SINCE DAY ONE AND THE WIFI ISSUE HAS PROGRESSIVELY BECOME MUCH MORE FREQUENT. AT FIRST, IT WOULD DROP WIFI CONNECTION EVERY TWO OR THREE WEEKS, BUT NOW THIS CAN HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES A DAY . . . REALLY ANNOYING. THERE ARE MANY ONLINE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS. I HAVE CONTACTED LG TO NO AVAIL, THE COMPANY WILL RECOMMEND SOME "FIX" THAT FIXES NOTHING. (TV IS VERY CLOSE TO WIFI SOURCE, SOFTWARE IS UPDATED, REBOOT AND REBOOT AND REBOOT . . . NOTHING HELPS) IF ONLY I HAD BOUGHT A SAMSUNG LIKE MY GIRLFRIEND DID . . . HER SAMSUNG HAS A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE AND TROUBLE-FREE WIFI CONNECTION. MAKES ME WANT TO PRETEND TO BE A ROCK STAR AND THROW THE DARN THING INTO A SWIMMING POOL FROM A TENTH FLOOR HOTEL WINDOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LG TELEVISIONS.

I read reviews that it’s sometimes to dark or dim and when comparing this to others, it kinda is, however once you have this set up at home. It has a nice picture quality. Love the google assistant and the ability to add apps to the tv. Happy with my purchase as it is a clear and great picture quality tv

The picture quality and features on the set are very good. We like our TV a lot. 4 stars however because if the screen is completely black (like for titles, or change in scene) and lettering comes on the screen, there's a fog around the area of letters. More pronounced in a dark room, not that noticeable in a light room.
