Tv was easy to set up, picture is very sharp and clear. This is the second LG tv we bought in the last 30 days. One caution is that the mounting bracket on the back may block the power plug. Don’t know why they didn’t put it in a different place. I had to move the mounting bracket over one slot so it isn’t quite centered with the tv, which can allow the tv to tilt as the bracket wears on one side. The biggest hasssle with any tv anymore is getting it mounted...I would buy this again.

Easy to set up and overall easy to operate. Picture looks great in a dark room but washes out a lot in daylight. Good sound quality without purchasing the extra sound bar.

This TV is amazing. Picture: When you have true 4k content or even just HD (720 & 1080), it is awesome. Even when watching older shows and movies it provides great colors and deep blacks. Sound: I bought the LG soundbar with the TV, which is great, but the sound directly coming from the TV is solid. It has Dolby Atmos with adaptive sound control. If you don't know what that is, just know that when you buy a flat screen, a lot of flat screens have a compromised sound so you need the surround sound system. I really didn't even need the sound bar with the sound on this TV. Bells and whistles: I love this TV. I originally wanted a Samsung TV thinking it would be easy to screen share with my TV. This TV not only allows me to screen share from my phone, but also allows me to use the included remote control to control the apps on my smartphone on my TV. Mouse pointer, Clicks etc. Bottom line: It is a great buy.

Purchased during 4th July sale, but could start using only from end of the month. Its been good experience since then. Was searching for an affordable UHD TV with 120hz refresh rate and this one was a good deal. I don't think you would get an 8 series tv with quality and price range. The picture quality is really good. Sound quality is extremely satisfying. I was looking for buying sound bar for the TV, now I dropped the idea. The blutooth option is a cool feature and it works great. Overall I will give a 10 out of 10 for this TV.

Quality on the television itself is fantastic and has simple setup for various services such as netflix, amazon prime, and hulu. Setting up the TV on the stand was easy enough to figure out without the instruction book which is good because the instruction book describing how to set up the stand is poorly written. The mouse-pointer doesn't always lineup with the letters one is pointing it with the remote which feels awkward, but it doesn't hinder the ability to type on the on-screen keyboard.

TV had a great picture.very happy with the led,hdr and sound of this TV. took a little getting used to the magic wand remote,but worth it.

I bought this TV a couple weeks ago and I’m so happy. My last TV was a Plasma and the difference in the quality of the image is amazing! The color are so rich and I enjoy a lot watching my movies in 4K. I finally can appreciate them more. The size is perfect for my living room and it works great with my other devices. The sound is extraordinary that I don’t even have to turn it up a lot to enjoy my movies and shows but every now and then I like to turn on my sound system and the experience is amazing! I definitely recommend this product.

My 58" Samsung quit working so I found myself back at Best Buy. After talking with them we decided on this 55" LG. I had few glitches in getting it set up. I really like the way the remote works, but still have issues with the Directv remote working it the way I'd like. I have a sound bar that also works well with it, but I have to admit the TV does better than most by itself from a sound standpoint. It's my first 4K and I really dig the picture, although I haven't mastered the the brightness adjustments.

I have read the one star reviews on this tv. The Picture is dark out of the box this is caused by the "energy saving " set to high. Change the setting to either off or minimum to correct I didnt have any "bands" or AV sync problems ( there is an adjustment to adjust AV sync ) I like the picture on this TV. I have comcast HD but it seems to do very well with the SD channels. although the sound is very good I bought the cheap LG sound bar for better room projection which it does well. The sound bar is a slight improvement to an already good sounding TV. Basic setup is simple however if you are not familiar with some of the technical jargon used in advanced setting it can be frustrating. I still haven't figured out how to get the "more than 70 free premium channels that are available through the LG app." though.

We love the quality of the picture and just about everything about this TV! What we don't like is the remote; difficult to use, mouse pointer control is difficult to manage, not enough controls on the remote, just a very basic remote for a high-end TV, makes not sense!; there is no function for pairing any bluetooth keyboard except select LG keyboards (logitech keyboard? forget it!); Spectrum remotes won't pair to it either. Considering stealing our old LG 6000 Series TV back from our son and giving him this one...

Has been a fantastic TV with better sound than advertised. Picture very crisp, colors are good and has been enjoyable to watch sports and play games on. The native 120 Hz refresh rate was important to me. Very good value for price when I made the purchase. I wish it had Chromecast built in, as that has worked better than what it has, but that would be a bit of a nitpick.

This TV is good for someone who isn't too crazy about having a really top notch TV. It's great for gaming, and the smart features are great as well. The downside of this product is that it is edge-lit, not full-array backlight and the local dimming isn't that great, which makes the deep blacks really suffer. However, if you play around with the settings, I was able to find one that works great. Overall a really great TV for the average consumer.

I am really happy with my choice but next time I would choose a Qled. Unfortunately, this tv is amazing the only issue that I have is that the local dimming is poor to me but lucky for me it is only noticeable in some scenes when watching a movie in Dark scenes. the only time that really bothered me was on a video game loading screen and I was completely in the dark. I love it and I will keep it as to get a better tv it will cost me double. :) I hope this helps.

Really wanted an oled tv but this tv was a great price and had a great picture while on display. When setting it up, it was great that it controlled the cable box only needing 1 remote. The picture has different selections so we could adjust it based on what we are watching or the lighting in the house for best viewing. So far very impressed

I'm very happy with this TV so far, the picture quality is just incredible everything is bright and vivid and the colors are so rich and vibrant and the contrast and sharpness makes the image quality so clear and detailed, it also has several smart features that I have only begun to explore so far and tons of options for getting the picture exactly how you want it, I highly recommend this TV.

Pros: 4K HDR. :Ai smart tv with voice controls and alexa and google assistants. :clean sharp colors. my last tv, a hisence, had problems with solid colors in cartoons where you could see lines in solid colors. this tv doesnt have any of those problems and its nice. :connect your phone to use it as a remote and even play music through your tv audio.(amazon music works, so other streaming apps should also). :even games you can download to play on your tv with the remote. :loud speakers with lots of bass. way better then i expected. still cant replace a sound bar with a sub obviously. cons: no crunchy roll app. : cant split view with 2 different HDMI connections.(so you cant watch your football game and play a video game at the same time. or any other combination you can think of.. only one HDMI, and one AV connection will work with split view.)

Picture is good, easy to operate, great price. Very happy with it so far.

I LOVE my new LG super HD tv! I bought the LG OLED for my living room back in November. When I needed a new tv for my bedroom, this was the choice and I am so happy that I made it. The only complaint I have is that the Bluetooth does not stay connected from my laptop to tv well and I am frequently having to remove device and add my device. Besides that problem, the tv is absolutely amazing in picture and sound.

Bought this TV to go along with my Xbox One X and the connection between the two is flawless! 4K videos look stunning & even my Netflix app has Dolby Vision which is Essential digital 4K and it looks amazing! Additionally the Speakers are Dolby Atmos and sound excel perfect for a bedroom , brings the theatre sound into your room , Will definitely continue buying LG!

I'm still getting used to this tv. The picture is so clear and the sound is such an upgrade from my older television, I feel like the people are in the room with me! The Geek Squad setup was well worth the cost for the peace of mind and convenience for this non-geek person. I'm glad I shopped at Best Buy and feel that I got a very good price on a great television.
