The clarity of the tv is great. However, I am having to get a new main brain for the tv as it keeps switching to “live tv” (included in the tv) or will turn itself off. It also kept dropping wifi so last week the Geek Squad came and changed the wifi chip. So far it is doing well from the switch but has only been a week. I am glad to have paid for the 2 year warranty so they can fix it. I purchased the tv a year and a half ago and had called a couple times before where they had me do a factory reset and had to redo all the apps. Now with the new main brain being changed I will have to do it all again. Hopefully for the last time.

This is my first 4k and I've got to say, I'm impressed. I haven't had any issues and even though it was a little dark out of the box, some quick tweaks to the settings fixed that. Overall an awesome 4k tv for the price range.

Bought this item open box works just fine no scratches or dings which made me like it even more.the only down side was there was no remote or electrical cord had to go shopping for those.not gonna complain too much just would rather it say open box with missing parts .customer service was great .

We replaced our six-month old Samsung TV that failed because Samsung denied warranty repair. Our logical choice for the replacement was LG! I would give it five stars, but there was an audio sync issue that needed a firmware update to correct.

This is a very good TV with multiple HDMI inputs. It updates itself from time to time and works great! The inputs are all on the left side of the TV, so be mindful before your purchase and plan how you going to connect with various devices.

Tv Quality/Sound/Picture worked great for about a year and still does. One of the reasons I bought this TV because of the Bluetooth, and Wifi capabilities. For the last month it has been constantly freezing and getting worse and the bluetooth headset I use to connect to the tv constantly cuts in and out when I am right next to the tv forcing you to reconnect every few minutes. On top of all of that the wifi cuts out about every 5 minutes, I connect with my ethernet cord directly and it still cuts out. I have 0 internet or wifi issues on any of my other tv's :(.

I am concerned that a gray area bar repeats across the TV each time it is turned on and does not go to full color when activated immediately. I think this TV should have an expert come to my home and see what we see here and determine if it should be replaced or not. What do you think?

This TV's contrast makes the picture for dark movies and shows easier to see (darker blacks), and the motion rate is great for sports (I can actually follow the puck when watching hockey).

I got this TV because it was supposed to be good at representing black. It is... because you can only use it in darkened rooms. In daylight, it is just too dim. Otherwise, it is a great TV.

We bought this for our son who loves to watch sports. We had bought a cheaper model, but we took it back: the picture was not clear and sharp.

Overall love the product. But, the audio and video gets out of sync but seems to be corrected with a reboot of power. That is tolerable but the video is really dark on many viewings and does not adjust to available room light. My older hd tv does this well.

I like the TV itself, but had two problems: 1. picture seemed too dim - had to go to Settings to brighten it up from Default setting. 2. Remote quite working after a couple of weeks. I've got a replacement coming, but can't use the TV in the meantime.
