We had been looking for a new TV & happened into Best Buy & got the same salesperson twice. Amy was very professional & extremely knowledgeable & after our second visit we made an informed decision. I highly recommend Best Buy.

LG offered a 120hz panel only for the 55" and 65" version of their TVs in this model, and 60hz for the 49". This is the primary reason I upgraded to this 55", however the picture quality was the same.

That is a very good tv set. the only difficulty I am having is learning how to use some of the "SMART" FUNCTIONS. IN time I am sure I will be able to figure it all out. other than that, I am very happy so far.

We were looking to get a larger TV but not too big. The salesman was very helpful in explaining our options and choices. We are very happy with the TV and how we were able to determine thr best solution for our needs.

I've had no issues with this TV at all in the 5 months I've owned. I often stream YouTube on here and it's worked just fine and in 4k too. If I could go back, I would buy this TV again 100%

It’s like cinema, the colors work under underground. Not really works with lights ambient. In my opinion need adapted the contrast without the windows or natural ilumination to much.

I spent a little bit more on a new 55" TV and got a smart one. Really glad I did. We are enjoying a great picture and after a little rocky start, I now feel very comfortable with all the new TV can do!

The blacks are SO BLACK on the screen! I never knew the difference till i saw it makes such a difference. I really don’t like that there is not apple airplay or HBO apps on the LG content store

Excellent TV, with exceptional features. With the Chanel's Plus who needs cable. I use the built in browser to play my Sirus XM around the clock when the TV is not in use for something else.

Everything from the sale to the installation went great. The "Geeks" did a fantastic job. We are very happy and satisfied with the whole project. Thanks to all who made it possible.

We loved the TV after we first bought it, it looked very slick on the wall and the picture quality was amazing and the remote was very user friendly with the shortcut buttons! But….. after 25 days of having the t.v. the picture went white and shadowy. Best Buy refused to return it so we put in a work order with LG almost 3 weeks ago and we finally have someone coming out to fix the issue.

My first HD flat screen TV. Only problem has been with Amazon Prime movies freezing and not enough bandwidth. a lot of people have this complaint but no one has solved the problem.

This tv was highly recommended by the sales person. It does have a great picture quality but the sound is terrible. It did help when I added a sound bar.

Bought the lower model n this model, n this one definitely shows a major difference. Crisp n beautiful graphics. Nice n bright n vivid. Surprisingly happy w this purchase.

We have another LG tv that we bought several years ago and it's been great, has really held up over time with a still-terrific picture quality - but we wanted a larger screen so we jumped on it when we saw this model on sale. Definitely NOT the same quality. We've been really disappointed. Considering craigslisting it and getting a different brand altogether. :-(

Tv works fine. Google assistant built in very useful and easy to use. Tv download often software update in background. Starting up takes some seconds to upload all the apps, then works smooth!

Thankful for the tech who helped us through the selection process ... we love this LG 55" and would've gone bigger if our space allowed. Best Buy has been my guru for years !!

Looking for an upgrade of a TV I found this one.simply I get hooked the first time saw it on display. Not so hard to understand its features. meets my expectations as well.

Had to return this TV after discovering bug sized smudge in middle of screen below outside surface. Returned after 15 days, got another identical model, have been very pleased with it. The exchange was relatively simple and Best Buy was understanding of the situation and helpful. Bad luck with getting a lemon, but TV is a good value at 550 bucks on sale.

Absolutely wonderful tv. Only complaint would be the sound at times. However, I’m pretty sure that depends on the device you’re using like a PlayStation or Apple TV.
