Best 4K tv on the market at its price point. Love the smart remote that you can talk to to tell it what you want to do.

TV developed a red line on the screen after two days. Good warranty, but it took forever to get the parts and actually replace the screen.

The TV has an amazing picture in Best Buy which is what sold me on it in the first place - but the software on the TV with respect to the internet connectivity is absolutely terrible. The wifi connection is poor (even after doing all of the adjustments recommended on various forums) and drops often. At it's best - you get a very low quality, blurry picture. By comparison, a laptop or any other device sitting right next to the TV (so same distance away from the router) is spectacular and reports high speeds.. One proposed solution is that the TV "must" be wired - but in today's world that is ridiculous. My previous TV was further away from my router and this was never a problem. I'm hoping for a future software update that will fix this since I've invested a lot in the TV - in the meantime, maybe the silver lining is that I'm watching less TV since the low-quality picture and frequent internet connection drops are so frustrating.

I brought this tv and till now experience is great. Only issue i feel is when it’s completely dark.

Easy to use having 4 HDMI ports is a great feature especially with all of the choices of devices we have
