I paid best buy to send someone from the geek squad to come to house and resolve these issues - he was nice , but issues unresolvable . Have used LG appliances and tv for years, wont be doing so going forward . Not very happy after spending over $1,000.00 dollars. Respectfully , Doug MacLeod
