I bought an LG SK8000 55' inch TV to replace an eight year old TV that had seen better days. This is my first "Smart" TV and I've had it for three weeks. This TV is quite an improvement over the one it replaced. Good picture, nice sound, easy to understand remote features. The TV looks good too. Satisfied so far.

I purchased the 55 in LG TV. The picture quality is the best I have ever seen. Our previous tv was a Sharp and I had it for 10 years. I trust this TV will last even longer. I love the SMART TV, it has so many options. This is the 3rd LG TV we have purchased in the past 4 years.

This LG is a great TV. We replaced our plasma TV with this LG and we were concerned about the blacks not being as good as plasma. Not a worry. And it outperforms everything our old plasma did. The audio is outrageous, too! It is a great smart TV to boot. The picture is just incredible.

We reviewed numerous tv's before selecting the LG 55" and are thrilled with it! The picture is crystal clear and the size fits great in our living room. Very easy to use remote with on screen menu. Would definitely look at other LG products in the future.

We are loving this TV. We needed to replace the guest's room TV. This one is so great that we decided to switch and use it in our master bedroom. The picture quality is awesome and the remote control has new and very convenient buttons for apps like Netflix and Amazon video.

This TV is great. The motion control remote and lg app store are intuitive and really cool. The picture quality out of the box is bad, but if you adjust them based on different review website recommendations it becomes great. Love this TV and it was a great price

We spent a lot of money on our previous TV and rarely used it. This new one has a better picture, is more intuitive and was cheaper. You can't beat this deal!

I purcased this TV to replace a Plasma I used for gaming. This unit has proven to be heads above any TV we currently own. The picture is outstanding and clear as a bell. It is fabulous with my XBOX 1, because of the refresh rate of 120hz. 100% satisfied

this LG 55" sk8000 HDR TV has a great picture but make sure any accessories are all HDMI. still working on one issue with the cable box manufacturer not being listed to use certain remote functions but once that is solved everything should be good.

I'm a huge fan of LG tvs, and this is easily a great performer. I don't use many of the smart functionalities, due to using a roku top box, but the voice control with Alexa and the 'magic remote' are both great! Picture quality is superb.

Best tv I have owned! Love the features of the smart tv, very user friendly. The picture is crisp and movement is very real time. The google feature on the remote is easier than typing. I’ve had this for about 8 months and I still love it!

Great picture quality and features. The sound its good. Easy to set up, and i also set up the picture quality to my needs,now looks fantastic when watching movies and games no complaints.

Wanted an upgrade so I could enjoy the benefits of my PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, but wasn’t looking to go deep into debt for it. LG makes a very decent TV and even though it’s WebOS and not android or Roku, it has a lot of other great features for sound and image tweaking. Was concerned about the panel backlight since it has vertical regions that light up depending on the image displayed and it was very distracting, but once I lowered (and on some inputs disabled) it, I am very happy with the picture. I’m running a firetv stick, my PS4, Xbox, and Nintendo switch and am able to label them so I don’t have to remember what each number i put is. Also the remote has a tracking cursor that you can change into a little black bird of some kind that’s pretty cool. Great tv, no regrets.

High quality and beautiful picture. The best features are definitely with the remote and how you do not need to click to type. Has all the apps like Netflix Hulu etc.. would reccommend. The picture is better than our Samsung 4K

Very pleased with quality of picture. Easy to use. Geeks set it up and taught me what I needed to know. Size is perfect for my aging eyes and my room. I hope to add a sound bar in the near future to enhance the sound.

The clarity of the picture is incredible. And, the ability to go on line through the tv is remarkably convenient. This item was recommended to me by Best Buy's salesperson over other brands/models and that was appreciated by me.

So much cheaper than an oled and not much different. Of course an oled is more advanced and has deeper blacks and better technology but this tv isn’t much different to the naked eye. fantastic tv for an even better price

The picture quality on my 55" LG TV is excellent. The installed apps work to perfection. The remote control is simple and works great. I would recommend this TV to anyone and I plan to buy a 65" LG TV later this year.

Picture quality is excellent however the store mode is what you see when you're in the store ask the sales rep to show you home mode. Love the options on the remote control but the functionality of the volume and channel is horrible. The indentation is not raised enough so you can't tell if you're on those keys especially if you are using the remote in the dark. Putting the TV together should be easy however the screws we're not going into the stand easily as they should. This LG TV has multiple apps built in and an abundance of options and extras. The pointer on the remote drives me crazy but if I try to turn it off it says some apps won't work which drives me crazy as well because it won't tell you which apps won't work. This is my first LG TV so I'm still learning all there is to know about the TV but overall I am very, very satisfied.
