Good Tv just not a good pic

I went from a top tier Samsung Device with 3D features to a base LG. I was told it was a great picture which is the only reason I considered.

Don't wast money on an LG TV.

Most of the time I use a universal remote to access cable programing. Over the last 12 months I've had to unplug the TV and plug it back in to access any of the apps I use like Netflix or Amazon Prime as the Wi-Fi keeps getting knocked offline. I have to olde Samsung TV's that have never done that.

I wanted to stay with LG because I had the high def player and surround sound. They are all LG and work well together. This tv lasted 3 1/2 weeks. Unreal. I will never buy another LG.

Not worth it.

Awful TV

Tried everything, changing cables, disconnecting the cables and power, reconnecting the cables and power. Gave up, returning it tomorrow. We’ll stick with Vizio from now on.

Sound Sync Problems

It may be due to the fact that the cable box mftr is not listed in the setup of this TV. I've contacted LG Customer Support and they gave me a list of steps, so far none have worked.

OTA digital tuner stopped working in 1 month

Disappointing first LG TV

Posted .Hi Weni, I can image how frustrating it is to not to be able to connect to WIFI. Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. Also, double check your connections to ensure they are secure. Awesome picture and sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to my local Best Buy to look for a new TV to replace our 11 year old Sony. A very nice salesperson name Tim was very helpful and knew everything about all the brands . My wife and I told him we were looking for a 55" to replace our older TV to hang on the wall . We are cord cutters and wanted a TV that would have the benefits of streaming. He suggested the LG and had us compare the different pictures on other brands. He was able to explain to us in laymen terms. My biggest concern was when you bring the TV home will the picture be the same as it was in the store. Took us an hour to run the wires inside the wall and hang it up. When we turned on the TV wow it is awesome picture clear and crisp with the roku streaming very pleased with the performance. We have DirectTVnow streaming bye bye Comcast . Best Buy will match any price out there . I would rather look in person and buy from someone who took their time and shared their knowledge than buy from Amazon.

Great service from local Best Buy store
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this LG on 10/6/2018 and during the setup the next day there was a crack in the TV screen. I brought the unit back to the local store ( in Dartmouth, Ma. ) explained the problem and with no questions asked the customer service rep. immediately replaced the damaged set with a new one. Not only that, she told me that on that day the LG I bought was $50 less than what I paid one day prior and applied a credit to my account. That was SUPER !! As to the LG itself, it is too soon for me to adequately appraise this unit although at first blush I think my family will like it. Given its price I consider this particular set a mid-range level TV. Personally I don't want a high level TV because I just do not watch that much television compared to most folks. The installation went smoothly except the instructions for adding the base to the TV are inadequate. The instructions are picture only and they are too small. I got the base set up by using common sense based on what I was looking at. For buyers looking for a similarly priced TV, this LG should fit the bill.

Best TV in my house !

All about this tv is awesome and one of the nicest thing included it’s the voice command featured on the remote control, works with Alexa, you can even use it to control your smart home devices. The quality sound and images on this tv are really unique, with the help of the HD Dolby sound Atmos you may don’t even need a soundbar, with the 4K cinema HDR and Nani cell display the movies and games looks great. For a better experience on watching movies I connect this tv with a LG 4K ultra HD Blu-ray player. Great tv !
