Our previous television was approximately 7 years old Thought it was time to upgrade and update the technology. Previous television had great detail and color, but this 4K UHD, LG 55" TV is amazing! Great choice for us.

Looking for a Smart UHD TV with lots of features and great picture without breaking the bank. Needed a unit that had a very wide viewing angle in a room with lots of ambient light. This LG fit the bill on all counts.

Bought this to replace an older, "not so smart" TV. The picture is awesome. Everyone that comes to my house when it is on, thinks that the picture is fantastic. Love all the options it provides me So glad we purchased it.

I wanted a high quality TV but didn't want to spend $2000. I found this one, bought it, and set it up and wow! What a great picture! And the sound is pretty awesome without needing a sound bar! Absolutely love this TV!!

Very nice picture for the money especially considering it has dropped to $1099. So many options I find myself getting a little confused. I now have 2 LG's and think they are the best of the 8 I have around the house.

the images are clear and sharp, the are colors amazing. However, using the remote to type while using the www is rather difficult. Overall an excellent TV

This has an amazing picture. The only TV like this that has a great picture, even from the side. The TV has really great sound as well. After months of research, this is the best TV you can get for the price.

I have been very pleased with this tv purchase. I thought the sk9000 was worth paying a little more than the slightly lesser model. This tv has great picture and the sound is much better than I had imagined.

The picture on my new LG TV is so clear & so sharp! It’s like the actors & actresses are being taped in my living room while I watch! I love my new TV!

Great picture after adjustments are made. After you get this great TV installed take the time to tune the picture for multiple types of viewing. I love the remote control and the operating system, LG does a great job with it’s OS. Excellent picture quality!

The picture on this TV is absolutely amazing. Add a AppleTV 4k or 4K Blu-Ray and it's like looking though a window. The manuals leave something to be desired, but picture quality is worth the trade-off.

I was sceptical at first because I wanted the Sony brand so much but it was very expensive compared to the LG. Now that I have it I'm so glad. The picture quality is so real and simple to use.

If you want a great TV for well lit rooms, this is it. Does not get as dark as my Samsung. But this is for a completely different application. Not a cinema TV but a terrific all purpose tv.

I’ve had this tv about a month. It has a crystal clear picture and great sound! I thought I might need a sound bar, but it sounds great on it’s own! Many great features and easy to set up!

Great picture quality. The sound is a bit disappointing, can seem to get it as loud, not sure if it is the room that I have it in or if it may need a sound bar.

I'm always amazed at the quality of the images on the screen. Even old black and white shows are clearer and sharper. Sound quality is also very good.

Super pic and sound, talk to remote, remote easily controls screen cursor. 55" plenty large and means high value per dollar spent. Best Buy has great prices and service for the customer.

Backlights help so much against the glare from the room's windows. Easy to set up and navigate, and incorporate with Alexa. My last LG TV lasted 10 years and I hope this one will, too.

Great picture on this TV. The quality of the picture is crisp you can see the color of eyes clearly. There is no graininess during action and the size is perfect for our living room wall.
