I had a Vizio 3D tv before this, there's a drastic difference in the picture quality. So much, that I'm selling this one online for pennies and buying another tv regular price. I bought this tv while moving to a new home, so I was outside of the 15 day return period by the time I opened the box. Also, don't be fooled by the great image quality the tv displays while in demo mode in the store. I seriously wonder if the people who rave about this tv being excellent quality in the reviews were either paid, or had an even lower quality tv before purchasing this one.

Very complicated controls

Plus, everytime I turn it on it needs to download something. Smart TV should already know everything. Im hoping that with time Ill get smarter and learn how to use it. I also wish that all the conections were grouped together for a cleaner install.

Great price for 4k

It is a great price point for a 4K television! it's streamline look fits with our decor perfectly. As with all TVs nowadays, the audio is acceptable but definitely could use some assistance with an external audio system

Excellent LG TV

I'm so glad I chose the LG TV this time. I love it!! I also brought a LG sound bar to go with it and it makes it sound so good.

A salesman named Conor was absolutely amazing. He was extremely informative and dare I say jaw dropping. He was able to give me a ton of information to help me make an educated decision. Conor was glorious!!

Tv should be better.

Now that nba playoffs are here i really see how much better it can be. I can barely see faces on my 55 unless its animated or a cartoon and the color changes by itsself while watching a program. I wouldnt recommend this tv to anyone.
