Really pleased so far with my choice of the LG 55inch TV

My only problem is within 16 days Best Buy reduced the price $100. When I went back they informed me it was past their policy of 15 days. How convenient with the timing of the price reduction.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy with the television. The only attribute that could be improved is the audio. But this is a problem with many televisions.

Purchased this TV based on the sales representative recommendation from an earlier visit to the Best Buy Store. I have installed It on the wall mount which I bought. It works excellent.

After alot of online review reading I finally decided on this TV. pleasantly surprised by the smooth menus and the quality of the wireless. I am unable to run a cable to this TV and was worried about signal but have been most impressed.

Great 4K tv for the price, loved that it was direct tv ready no set top boxes to make room for.

The tv looks great. Love the silver border all these apps in it are great it's all in one. Good picture quality the only issue I have is that not even a week after it was bought a blue and sometimes red line appeared on the left hand side. It runs up and down the screen. We had a Samsung tv for about 4 years and it would turn on and of by itself. We decided to go with a lg but seems like lg had issues too. Overall Best Buy has been great and it's not their fault it's a manufacturers defect but still annoying!

After reading the other reviews, I decided to buy this model. What an awesome surprise; great 4K TV and great value for a 55". Not many with these features within this price point and with great reviews (i've researched).

I have never had a smart tv before and this was very easy to use and figure out. Still learning all the features and operations but not to bad even for a non-tech person

I had originally went to Costco and purchased a TV. Then I went to Best Buy and they had it to you cheaper. I return the one at Costco and bought the one at Best Buy

I wanted an LG 4k but the blacks aren't deep and overall not very bright. Viewing angles are poor. Excellent sound for a tv. My 2009 LED Samsung is better save for the 4k.

Everything about the tv is great except the sound isn't very good and one of the HDMI ports points out towards the wall instead of sideways like the other two causing the tv to stick out unless you use a 90deg adapter.

Very nice TV, but the speakers do not have good sound. I bought the soundbar with wireless sub woofer and it's great.

Nice size tv for my living room. My 5th LG tv no problems have ever arose. Hopefully this will be the same. Like everything so far not a pro tv person or anything.

We looked at a few TVs and for the price this is a great TV. Easy setup. I would like one or two more hdmi ports.

I looked at a few different brands and went with the LG because it seemed to be the better made choice for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

the delivery crew was excellent, took my old huge heavy TV away and did all the basic programming on my new TV

Love this TV. At first, I wanted to return it but once the updates were install it was a totally resolution. Love this TV. I made an excellent choice.

LG gives a fine picture, maybe one of the best available in the price range. However, the audio leaves a lot to be desired....you will need a sound bar.

All around wonderfull c9lor quality. Just what you'd expect from LG. I got this tv on labor day with the xbox one s bundle and used my wonderful best buy credit card to opt for 24 month financing
