I am still waiting for the store to tell me how they will rectify, about two weeks since last communication, so I'm disappointed with slow progress to resolve this as well as the TV being faulty in the 1st place.

At the time I thought this was a great price but after using the TV for over a month I regret my purchase. The TV is subpar 4K. If you are looking for a cheap 4K TV, this is the one for u. If you can afford to buy a better TV, go for it.
