After 1 year, TV is on, but get black screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After owning the TV for one year (worked well during this time), I turn on the TV and get a black screen. No image or sound. Apparently it's an issue with many LG TVs that were purchased last year in 2016. Will never buy LG again.

Not a fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the same Samsung Plasma for 7yrs and thought maybe it was time to upgrade so I bought this one after looking at reviews for this and similar TV's. Not a fan at all. I actually just returned it to the store. I gave it 5 days and messed with all the settings and was never impressed, I was actually depressed. My 7yo Samsung has much better black backgrounds. This has a medium grey, at best, and the pic quality just wasn't there. I put my old TV back on the mantle and I am happy again. While I was at the store I looked at the Samsung Tvs and that is what I will be getting next time but I am realizing for a WOW factor you have to spend the extra dough. Guess I will wait longer and save up!

Ghosting and Grainy digital
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't buy it at Best Buy but at SAMs. Picture wasn't as great as I expected. It was grainy and digitized. Played 4K content. Was not clear. Ghosting. 1080p content looked like 720/480. Hooked up my ps4, again, ghosting. My Samsung 1080p had better resolution. I will be returning it for sure. Not sure how others are enjoying the clarity.

Bad LG TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this LG TV on June 2017. Unfortunately, last night on Wednesday, 8/16/17. I was watching a show and suddenly it power off by itself. I attempted to turn it back on but it wouldn't turn on. The red power light was just blinking. So today, 8/17/17. I called BestBuy and LG for about 3 hours to solve this simple issue and nothing got solved but to repair a new LG TV even thought the TV it is on warranty. BestBuy and LG have a terrible service. I just thought I would share this terrible experience and with no TV until who knows when they will show up to repair it.
