The picture quality is great considering the price

I like LG products and especially I like the well informed employees. My main reason for shopping at Best Buy is because of the knowledgeable personnel.

Awesome features, lightweight, great hd definition

I actually ended up returning this TV due to the fact that it doesn't have true HDR. It's still a decent TV but it's far too overpriced for the features and should realistically start at the sale price. I'm also not fond of the way they confuse customers by advertising that it has "Active HDR". This is just an advertising scheme to confuse people who haven't done their homework because it does not have true HDR and is not listed under HDR TVs on Best Buy's website. Should've went with my intuition and gone with the TV I researched instead of trusting the opinion of the LG rep who was helping me. There are honestly far better TVs in the price range and I only gave it 3 stars because it's almost worth the discounted price but definitely not the full price. Wish I could give it a 2.5 star rating but it definitely doesn't deserve 2. I also wasn't very fond of the interface and limited apps that can be downloaded.

4k is crisp and clear and HDR is nice. I use for my ps4

I've had this TV for two years, and it's been a hoot. Whether gaming or streaming, it has a really streamlined interface and excellent vibrancy.

This is a great view for us as we sit in the living room to watch TV or movies. The sound is fair but I do have a Bose Speaker system we have not yet connected.

I like the TV but it will be better if this model has the magic control, was a good price anyways and a very good TV I recommend it so much. I like LG and I upgrade it for the next model that includes the magic control, next time I will check the specifications

I purchased this 55" LG Smart TV because I liked the picture compared to similar TVs in the showroom. When I inquired about the "smart" features, I was assured that this TV would stream equivalent apps to other high quality Smart TVs. This is not true!! Premium Cable channels such as HBO, Showtime, Starz are NOT available to stream. I have subscriptions to all these channels and cannot view them with this tv. I need to purchase an additional streaming device to do this. I fully researched the capability of LG tvs and found to my dismay that indeed, LG is one of the only companies whose Smart tvs are not "smart enough". I would have exchanged this tv for another brand if I weren't so lazy. The picture, however is outstanding.

Great quality. Easy to navigate throughout the tv.

This is a great tv for the price. 4K is nice, after customizing some settings. The online features are awesome, and the navigation menu is easy to use. Great when connected to a smartphone for the remote. Sound could be better I recommend a sound bar.

Got this TV on Black Friday and like it overall. I would rate it 4.5 stars due to the overall feel of the build quality. The stands are plastic and the wobbliness makes me have less confidence in them. The TV gives you a lot of customization options that YOU NEED to change from default to get the best picture quality.

What a great TV for the price. The 4K really makes the picture even clearer. We hung this TV in a bedroom and it looks awesome. I have nothing bad to say about this product.

Very satisfying overall with functionality of the TV. LG has done it again as I also own a LG flat screen since 2009 and it's functionality is as if I just purchased it recently.

I upgraded from 40" to 55" and love it! My Sales Associate was very knowledgable and made the process of choosing a TV within my budget, needs and placement in my home super easy. Thanks so much Best Buy...love the TV!

I liked this TV and it’s definitely suitable for most viewing, however I’m a fan of horror movies and the brightness is so low on the TV that sometimes I couldn’t see a thing on screen during aome scenes. It’s good for gaming with hardly any lag if you switch to the Game setting, but it then suffers just a bit in picture quality. I held onto this TV for a solid week adjusting and readjusting settings but ultimately returned it. I found it annoying because I would constantly adjust my settings depending on what I was watching

Not a picky person. Even though there are higher quality TVs that cost $5000, this is perfect for anyone that wants that 4K resolution to compliment their Apple TV or Roku, without paying so much out of pocket.
