Easy to use, use to setup. I mounted it and it goes great on the wall. Nice size but not too heavy. Great picture.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. This is my first 4K TV. I didn't immediately purchase a 4K player. Used a regular Blu-ray player for a few days first. Even despite no 4K player everything was way clearer. Made a mediocre straight to DVD film look spectacular. When I say DVD I mean DVD. You'd think I was watching a Blu-ray. This TV improved it so much. There was only one downside, extremely mild one though. I had to download the YouTube app.

Great TV. Light weight. Easy to maneuver. Fits perfectly in my bedroom on the wall. Nice clear picture.

I purchased 11/14/17 and use every day. I have had no problems thus far. Set up was easy, I have not had problems with the wi-fi disconnecting and I did hook up a sound bar but find the internal speaker ok. Picture quality is nice and my experience has been great. For me, this is a beast from what I had been used to in the past. I am still learning. I wish this model was voice remote but you can't miss what you never had. Happy I went with this brand.

TV has a great picture and smart tv functions are nice. Only complaint is every now and then it loses Wifi and screen can be dark in high light environments

I think LG should drop LCD and focus on OLED. The Samsung UN49MU8000 or 7000 has a much better picture for 30% more for an extra $170. High def TV looks ok not great I think it might be a scaler issue as it does not handle motion well with sports. Really I would give it three stars for the picture alone and 4 for all the other features web OS and screen size to value. Maybe true 4K content looks good like stills but I was not able to view anything like a Blu-ray.

TV was a refurbished TV with all parts. Super quality, excellent price! Customer Service was awesome!

This was my first 4K Smart television. Very easy to get it started and use. Great picture and sound.
