Dissatisfied with Product’

The first one had a vertical line on the screen and had to be replaced the next day. That should have been our first sign about this brand. The replacement took place with a little hassle but then in less than two years lost it’s picture and then the sound went! In all our decades of TV ownership we have never experienced this. Had to buy a new TV! On another note, we got an excellent deal on this price wise-you get what you pay for-thumbs down!

Nice Picture but its LG....

The 2nd HDMI port never worked since out of the box but was too busy to do anything about it. Besides that, i have no complaints. I got a good price on it.

No HBO?

The fact that this tv can’t have HBO downloaded is a MAJOR disappointment to me. How could an international television manufacturer not support that application? You can’t mirror your videos with your iPhone without having to buy a Chromecast and the LG Tv Plus app has no real functionality. The real remote feels like a drop from 6 inches would break it and it’s really such a downvote to the tv too. Overall, I’m highly disappointed with Best Buy. I’m upset that this tv lacks so many standard features on other TVs.

Decent TV

Screen share is easier.

The TV is good but Fat

The resolution was excellent but the TV was too big for what I was looking for. It was a black Friday deal. I ended up getting a 43 inch for the same price.

Also, we haven’t been able to stop voice control when we operate the remote.

Budget TV with budget features

Bad first impression.

When we turned the screen on, we noticed there was a haze in the middle of the screen. It was most noticeable when the screen is black or dark. The TV was not damaged on the way home nor was it mishandled during installation. We tried leaving the screen on for a while to see if the haze would go away or get smaller but it’s still there.

Quality is not that great

Poor quality TV

Second one wasn't much better. Poor picture quality and after two days the picture would shrink. The picture would suddenly only cover 2/3's of the screen. Had to turn off the tv and restart it. After a couple days, it did the same thing. Went with a Sony and now have a excellent tv. Had excellent service with Best Buy employees.

Disappointed

None of the other TV’s in our house has this issue. I’m wondering if Best Buy would consider taking the TV back, but then I would have to pay to have it removed and the replacement installed. Oh wow is me! The picture is some what fuzzy and not a clear as my other TV’s.

Damage tv

Ok tv

LG tv

The legs that come with this are not stable. Not a suitable choice for anyone with children or pets as it can be knocked over quite easily. I ended up having to purchase a different base for the TV costing me an additional $70. Using it with the legs it came with would have been a safety hazzard.
