Decent for the price

Poor quality

Second one the hdmi port 3 stopped working, returned it. The third tv was working great, for a month and then the hdmi port 3 stopped working, again. To late to take back to BestBuy, not sure I want to deal with taking it to a repair shop and live without a tv for who knows how long.

You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. Inputs going out after 30 days???!!

She has to toggle between inputs to get the tv to realize the Xbox one is plugged in. Very disappointing

Dont use legs as stand.

Bumped into TV entertainment center and TV fell and broke. For a TV so light you wod think a solid base would be simple. It shouldnt even come with a set of legs and should ONLY be mounted to a wall.

Terrible

Only has a 1 year manufacture warranty so now I'm stuck with a smart tv that doesn't connect to the internet.

Terrible picture

As soon as the screen came on, I knew it wasn't good. I have a Sony 65" XBR900 in my main living room, so I decided to buy the 55" LG4K for my other living room to save a little money. It's 2019, I figured the picture can't be that bad, technology has come a long way. The menu to set up this tv has got to be the most confusing to use, there is no reason for this. I am pretty technically advanced, LG needs to go back to the drawing board on this issue. I went through every screen setting for 2 days to give it a chance to no avail. It looked like there was a soft white screen blurring the picture. Packed it up and returned it, and bought another Sony 65" XBR900. I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for.

TV picture quality not so good

So impressed with this TV!

This is my first experience with a “smart” TV and I could not be more impressed. The picture and sound are amazing. I love the ease of use and how fast we were able to connect to Comcast. This tv is perfect for a cord-cutter as well, with built in apps for Hulu, Netflix, sling, YouTube and Amazon. It also comes with a plethora of free internet channels. There is no shortage of things to watch, for sure. The picture and audio are great. I am blown away by the quality of this product, and for such a great price, too. If you buy this, you won’t regret it.

Disappointed

Turned it off one night after watching tv, when I turned it on again the screen was grey. I was very disappointed that this tv didn’t even make it 2 years.
