First one we bought had a cracked screen when we opened the box but when I called the store they were very quick to put another one aside for us and made an exchange very easy, and this was during Black Friday.

This was a great value!!! I love that the remote has a button that takes you directly to Netflix or Amazon. Now that I have this tv and my outdoor antenna, I no longer have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for cable. Downside is, you do have to have internet so the cable companies still make some money off of us.

Great quality and beautiful picture.

We love the feature to watch in TruMotion, but also being able to switch that off is nice. We are very pleased with our purchase. The sound quality is also very good, and perfect for our apartment.
