I have only owned this TV for about one month and the HDMI 3 port has given me an error message of not recognizing the device twice so far. Unplugging the power cord, waiting for about 30 seconds and reconnecting resolved it each time. LG was contacted after the first time and took note of it. They said they would send a service person if it continues. If it happens a third time I will request service.

Great value. Really enjoying my TV

Setting it up on the mount was pretty straight forward. It is what you would expect from LG. My only real gripe is that sometimes the TV doesn't recognize the input. I have to swap the HDMI cord to a new slot and then it works fine. It has only happened a couple of times and isn't that much of an inconvenience. When I swap it back to original input it works fine again.
