I've had this TV for 2 years now and have not had any issues with it. I primarily use this TV for gaming, Netflix (tv app), and Hulu(tv app). Setting the TV up is a breeze. The TV UI is pretty smooth. This is an excellent budget tv.

Such a smooth purchase! I did my order online, then picked it up at my store after 5 days. It was ready the same day I ordered it, but I had to wait for help moving furniture until I could pick it up.

Bought this tv from best buy and a very good experience. Love the TV and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They even pulled the TV out of the box while I was there to verify no damage.

This was a gift for my in-laws. They love the new TV. It is great when the whole family wants to gather round and watch. The true motion was awful and was difficult to turn off, but now it is great.

No issues on this TV in the year and a half I’ve had it. Reviewing July 2020. Bought Jan 2019. My only negative is the native apps. No ESPN or similar apps available in the LG App Store.

This is a great tv for the living room for casual tv and movie watching and it’s big enough for the living room as well. I wouldn’t recommend video games on it though due to the input lag.

We just recently bought this TV at the BestBuy off of Mopac, and it’s amazing. The service was excellent and well informative on which selection to pick.

TV looks beautiful and has a very slim profile. It's hdmi ports are easily accessed from the side if they ever need to be desired with different devices.

I investigated many tv's and thought this LG would be right for me and it was. The only thing I'm missing is a soft mute. I thing the color is incredibly clear and the speaker system is clear. My favorite thing is the closed captioning is large enough for me to see.

Having a great time with my new t.v, it's just the settings are a little confusing at first but something I need to get a haang of, other than that I having a great time with my new t.v. Thx Best buy

I will definitely come back and purchase more items from this store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store didn't feel cluttered even though there were lots of deals at the time.

Bought this tv for black Friday. Wanted a tv whose brand cared about the quality and this black Friday there was an amazing deal on this LG. Great looking tv display. No problems at all with the tv. A little heavier than expected but still performs great!

Bought this tv last black Friday with regular retail around 550. On sale it was $399.99. Best bang for your buck everyone loves it and it's exceptionally immersive. Screen share is intuitive and easy

The TV works well for the price. I got this tv as a replacement for an Insigna that was still under warranty When the panel went out in less than two years. Please make sure you get extended warranties for all your electronics because they make them disposable these days.

Good TV with great resolution. However, the factory picture settings are a bit on the dim side and one must tinker with the advanced settings to optimize picture quality. WebOS is pretty good and very responsive. Apps load quickly and the interface is quite intuitive

Easy to set up and begin watching. Love that it has a Netflix and Amazon button. Just need Hulu and YouTube TV buttons to be perfect. :) The only annoying thing, is that when viewing the current WiFi connection, you have to enter the wifi pw every time.

Good picture quslity and sound. You won't need a soundbar with this TV. Only bad thing about mine was the picture died after about a year. Glad I got the extended warranty

Employee recommended this TV over the similar Samsung - we took his advice. We were told it supported HBO, which is not true - should have looked into ourselves. The TV does have a bit of backlighting, but it is only noticeable during very dark scenes.

This is our bedroom TV so it doesn't need to be the best of the best. Great TV, but it's not a Sony. lol We mainly use it to watch Netflix and play Animal Crossing in bed.

I like the unit. it is a reasinlable priced 4K. Its seems to be a solid unit and Alexa can turn it off for me which is conveniant. I would recomend purchasing an upgraded Apple TV which can support 4K. 4K is worth it even if 4K is not yet the standard.
