Generally pleased with the picture quality. A definite plus using HDMI connections as opposed to component. The picture could be a little brighter especially around the edges. My only complaint is the sound quality. I had to purchase a sound bar 1 week later to remedy the problem.

I couldn't believe how much sound can come out of this television. I have had TV's in the pat in which you needed a soundbar right away but not for this one. Volume was very important to me when I was looking for a television and I can definitely say that the volume is great.

Great TV and very high quality. Has more features than I'll ever use, but good to have just in case. Remote feels a bit flimsy, but overall, I'm glad I made the purchase.

This was recommended by BestBuy staff as the best bargain for 4k picture quality, streaming and smart tv capabilities for under $500. Only issue so far has been some occasional difficulty with the HDMI ports not reading devices, but is typically a temporary error.

I am so impressed with LG's 4K lineup that this is the 5th 4K UHD set I've purchased in the last 12 months so I've upgraded the entire house. The value and quality you get is excellent for the price. Could not be happier!

For the price, this is a very good TV. The only complaints I have is the directions are a bit on the sparse side and I haven't (as of yet) been able to connect it to the home wifi network (disclaimer: I've only tried it once ). Otherwise a good tv for the price.

Love this TV. It is exactly what we were looking for. We love the ability to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime with the click of a button. The picture quality is wonderful and this TV was very simple to set up.

This LG tv has a great picture. Lots of options. Added a mouse and keyboard and it is even easier to operate. Hate I have to use the cable box controller to change channels. One selling point was that it was chromecast ready. Still don't have that working.

The LG 55" TV was very affordable and is a great value for the price. Set up was easy, color and sharpness was great, and the internal speaker was more than adequate. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

I bought this brand and model for a relative. I am happy with the purchase. The TV is outstanding. Its 4k UHD resolution is spectacular with true colors and it is easy to use all apps it comes with.

We upgraded to this Smart Tv. I love it. We don't have cable only stream Netflix, Hulu which makes having a Smart Tv so much easier. We dont have to worry about having a Roku, Chromecast etc, to watch our shows. The picture is amazing and the sound is great.

This was my first flat screen and wanted to start smaller in the bedroom. If honestly is the perfect size for our place and couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. We now never leave the bedroom!

I could not be more impressed by LG quality. I went and purchased another TV right after this by LG since this tv is terrific. Only complaint is that I wish the smart tv by Samsung had more apps available

Nice 4k tv I love the way it shows in 4k this is a great tv I have it Mounted on the wall an have my hometheater hoot up to it that would be 9 speakers and 2 12"subwoofers onkyo txnr 676 Receiver.....

I love the picture but, I still have issues with the sound syncing up with the picture. When people speak, they're voice doesn't always act in unison with they're mouth. Also, it gets much worse when I try to use my Samsung sound bar. Frustrating!

Really clear/sharp picture with many features. The delivering was on time. The installation was easy. The Best Buy team examined how to work this TV. Very satisfied with this purchase and their staff.

Awesome TV! Nice OS to control the apps and the picture is beautiful. Great sound and a nice amount of options to set. Also works with Alexa and Google Assistant!

I don't know much of TVs and all the options it has. But it was an easy setup. Currently not using the smart option. Picture is clear and sound is a little low mom has to have volume in the 30s.

Great picture and love the internet channel option. I wish it had more apps like HBO. The plastic parts that hold tv snapped when setting it up, so those are cheap- but not a problem if you plan on mounting it like I do. I may want to get fee
