Won’t Buy Open Box Again

Disappointed to get to the store and find they had just sold the last new unit so I settled for an open box. I’m really disappointed in what I got. The tv just cuts off and there are times I turn it on and get a blue screen while it’s booting up I guess. I went with LG because I travel and a lot of hotels have them and the picture quality is great.

Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates.
