We really needed a TV for the living room for everyone in the family to enjoy. The menu with all the apps is well laid out and great for kids looking for their shows. This is my second LG smart TV!

It replaced an older LG we brought 7 yrs ago and it is still going strong. Because of the quality and reliability of our "old" LG, that inspired us to buy this one. Excellent picture and sound quality, easy to navigate the remote control and the internal menu of the TV. We love our LG!

Great quality screen - needs stand!

The two cheap plastic feet to hold this large screen is a joke! Went online and tons of complaints about them breaking after I saw how flimsy it was! I ordered $70 stand off of Amazon that made it solid and it works fine! Even my LED screen from just 5 yrs ago is no match for this picture! More than I realized is in 4k! Great buy but be prepared to get another stand or wall mount.

Great picture, basic features

Samsung beats it local dimming however. Biggest peeve was the lack of bluetooth, there isn't even the ability to add a bluetooth dongle. The only audio out is optical, so my speakers can't be used without buying and optical to bluetooth adapter. I might have just bought a more expensive TV had I known this. Adding bluetooth was a less than $5 item.
