Great picture!

The sound is good although it fluctuates from very quiet to very loud on the same television show without changing the setting. This sound issue is much more noticeable than our previous LG 55" television that we purchased in 2012. Our biggest gripe with this television is that while using Disney+ or Netflix it thinks a lot and doesn't always want to move on to the next show. Googling this issue found a lot of issues by many people. We just get out of the app and back in which usually does the trick. We do love the free LG channels!

The picture quality is way better than our old tv. The native apps are nice, but the processor is a little slow to open and navigate apps. Wish it was quicker
