She showed me the best tv in stock that fit my needs, there was a better one but it wasn't in stock anywhere. I really enjoyed dealing with this young lady, hope she is there when I need something else.

There are software updates every other day but they are only a couple of minutes to download. But they are still only a minor inconvenience
