On sports programs, the speed lags a little...................

It’s a good tv but look a lil dark from sides. Most importantly I have cable, and I got this smart tv to no longer have a box but LG doesn’t have that app or to many apps for that matter. So it’s a good tv but not what I wanted it for

This LG still give me a hard time to be conectes thru my YouTube app so I have to buy a Comcast YouTube to be conectes, I can’t recommend this type of tv just for the mentioned concern, the rest is find

This TV would be great if it didn’t keep freezing up and disconnecting from the WIFI. It never fails that I am in the middle of a movie and it shuts off or freezes up and then I have to cut it off and cut it back on. I have checked for updates, there are none. I checked my WiFi service and there are no issues with it either. I have no choice to believe it is the TV. Since I purchased an additional warranty, I may ask to exchange it for another of the same model to see how it goes. I have had this TV for only 2 months and it is continuing to give me issues.

It’s a decent TV. worth it for the price I paid for it on sale. The picture adjustment menu is hard to navigate to and the speakers aren’t the best. Not bad for what it costs though.

No matter what I do to fix the problem my tv continues to drop my wi-fi connection. Now I have to buy a ethernet wire and try connecting this way....smh...so much for a smart t.v.

had to figure everything myself had to up the tv instructions are terrible should even have them. called for help no call back till 4 and half hours I already did myself

If i could give a lower rating, I would. I bought this TV in December 2019. Please note the TV was also manufactured in 2019. It lasted until August 2021, a year and nine months before it went to trash. The TV went blank but still had sound. I tried every trouble shooting I could find to conclude it has a bad mother board. I called Best Buy customer service only to be strung along for 30 mins to be told, sorry you don't have a protection plan, here's a number to call LG. I called LG and their response was, sorry the TV is out of the one year manufacturer warranty. Also, the LG customer service agent would not disconnect the call to allow the 'after call' survey to be delivered. Took him 12 mins to finally disconnect. Just awful product and service. My issue is that neither Best Buy and or LG took ownership of manufacturing and selling trash. I very much used to like LG and Best Buy, but I will hesitate to give either my money in the future.

The TV worked fine the first 6 months then out of the blue it just stopped working. I've been TVless for the past 3 weeks. When I purchased the tv i also got protection plan just incase...I have been calling Geek Squad to schedule an appointment each time they hang up the phone. Im so irritated right now i dont even want the tv repaired, just want my money back!!!! I should've listened to the other customers review who had the same problem -_____ -

It never stay hook to the internet. And the volume of the action is good but when the people talk it’s low. But it’s a good t.v for it’s price

Easy set up, good looking TV. Picture seems a little stuttering at times, and up scaling is not so good. Haven’t tried on 4K signal.

I have been really pleased with Best Buy and their handling of product issues, but so far not too impressed with the products.

Don’t penny pincher like me get a newer one this does not have features like magic remote, it lacks a lot it’s a older model I brought it for size but neglected the lack of capabilities, just drop $100 more and get a newer LG I put this in living room ehhh not to bad but you will definately need 2 remotes for cable box etc smh

Average TV for beginners to 4K. I ended up getting a nicer Samsung but this TV does what it says.

Sometimes have issues. However I love the visuals for gaming on my ps4 pro, xbox one s and PS5
