TV will sometimes just turn off and on, and Best Buy is of no help.

The boarders are a little too big...plus the image quality isn’t that great even tho it says 4k

Had to return 1st one due to it blacking out here and there, but second one is working good so far.

This TV frequently disconnects from WiFi. I had to do factory resets on multiple occasions because when the signal is lost it takes an extremely long time for it to reconnect. I later learned via youtube that this was a major issue and the recommendation was two Change some settings and unplug the device for 60 seconds. Every day to every other day I‘very been unplugging the tv establish a WiFi connection. I should of returned this tv but I had it mounted on my wall. I recently went to Sams Club and purchased a 60’ Visio ($350) for another room and I’ve had zero issues with connection. I’m still struggling with my LG. It’s embarrassing when you have connection issues in front of company. Get another brand!

I rarely take the time to write a review, but this is worth it. For no particular reason the TV stopped working. I bought this TV for basic living room viewing, and after about 5 months, the TV just stopped working, The team at Best Buy is great, they quickly tried to service the warranty making 3 prior trips out to fix all sorts of internal parts, but LG is insisting they keep trying. We are pending a 4th attempt soon. At what point is a warranty a complete TV rebuild, and has LG paid for the TV twice over by now? I recently purchased a TV for the garage. For this experience (unlike the many LG products I have), it was a Samsung.

This TV does not support HBO. Had to purchase a “work around.”

We are disappointed with the quality of the picture.

Cheap TV - Not the best. Appstore is basic, fubotv can not be installed. First and last time getting an LG TV Colors are very dark and just a few options to configure.

I had the tv less than three months before I started having problems. The LG customer service is the worst expereince that I have ever had.

Garbage. It had a horrible blue hue to the picture. The legs were so wobbly and cheap. I was afraid to dust it cuz the cheap plastic legs woukd wobble and make creaking noises. Not a good purchase. LG HAS BECOME A JOKE.

Descent TV Picture quality was awful. Does not compare tp higher end brands as far as quality.

Never had any serious issues until the screen quit working after 2 years of use.

From a LG Roku TV with multitude of good channels to LG channels that buffer constantly and to hard to watch.

Complete waste of money. I cant understand how this TV has good reviews. I played with the settings for hours, tried different picture settings and each looks worse than the next. Happily returning to the store for a refund.

Loved the tv until the software updated, now it takes 5-30 minutes to turn on, if it does. Just says, "One moment please. Smart service will be available shortly." No response from LG. See the problem all over the internet. Would not recommend any LG tv at this point.

Brand new - more often than not it won't load the home screen and is non responsive to input so to fix this you have to turn the tv on and off until it loads. Turna out its a common issue. Also the UHD just makes everything dark. There are no picture settings to adjust to fix it only preset picture settinga to chose from. Do not buy

I got this tv to replace my plasma that I’ve had for 10yrs. Highly disappointed with this tv. Picture is to dark, can’t seem to get it right. Now 25 days in it keeps disconnecting from the internet and I have to set tv back to factory setting to connect again. So frustrating. And of course it’s past the 15 day return policy at Best Buy..

for the price of this LG TV, I certainly expected better stand supports than the cheaply made leg supports that came with the set. The supports are extremely flimsy. TOTALLY LACKING IN ANY PHYSICAL STRENGTH. IF THIS IS WHAT LG PROVIDES WITH ALL THEIR TV SETS, I WOULD BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND., DO NOT BUY THIS TV

ive had this TV repaired multiple times within the first months of owning it. Still nothing fixes the terrrible picture and color issues. Yellows look mustard or golden brown. very sad this doesnt look like a 4k TV at all

The blue light on the display was so strong and possibly broken and after a year I realized it after looking at other displays. DO NOT BUY. Get a Sony and enjoy!
