Bought this TV cause mine got a black line through the center of the scree, purchased this one that night and picked up this one the next day, works great set up was easy. Tv Speaker is loud and clear, the only thing I might need for this TV is an after market stand cause the one it comes with seem weak and I wouldn’t wanna take a chance considering how much I like it and Best Buy’s insurance won’t get you a new one.

    Not impressed

The picture is not as sharp as the Sony. The legs on the bottom are not very sturdy for the TV I feel like it could tip over bc of the weight. I might return if they let me. Delivered only did not attach the legs to the TV or install. Not happy with it.

Every time it updates apps you have to sign in

For the low price I don’t mind that the picture isn’t as sharp as my other more expensive TV, and the set up is easy but when apps are updated it doesn’t do it in the background—you have to wait for the update and refresh. None of my other TVs do that. Worse, though, is that after the apps are updated you have to sign in again, which in some cases not only requires your login and PW for that app but requires you put in a code with the app’s website (eg, Netflix and Prime). Every time this happens it makes me swear at the TV. I’ve never had to do this on any of my other TVs. Seems like a simple programming change LG should fix. I would never recommend this TV to anyone.

    Very disappointed

Please do not purchase this tv! It does not work! I was disappointed when I searched LG website to find out the issue with their user agreement and the software updates. People all over the world had issues regarding not being able to access user agreements which are required if you want to use the software. Per screen shots from LG customer service they are saying it’s a known issue! They should NOT sell this tv until their issue is resolved! I am thinking about legal action because they are selling a product, charging you for additional functions that they admittedly know do not work! Shame on you LG! I am thinking class action since there are so many other people that made the purchase and experiencing the same issue!

Dead in less than a year-and-a-half

This hunk of junk died in less than 18 months with minimal use. One day, the screen just went black. We'd had it about 15 months. I have a 13-year-old Samsung and a 9-year-old Panasonic that are still killing it. This thing took a dump with no warning, and after I googled the model, the same thing keeps happening and nothing has been corrected by LG. It's a known issue. The red light comes on, but the screen is dead. Not worth the repair cost. Never again will I purchase an LG TV.

Leg Stands were designed to break

The leg stand is weak and despite tight screws, the TV can lean 7-8 degrees forward and backward. Designed to give out in a few months, would not recommend purchasing these LG TVs at all.
