I really love this tv! LG offers the best user interface called LG WebOS, it’s smooth, fast and has a lot of apps. The IPS direct lit panel is great, good color accuracy and contrast. There is very minimal LED backlight bleed and the preset picture modes are helpful if you don’t want to spend time tweaking the picture, movie/cinema picture mode is best for dark rooms or expert picture modes. TV is Alexa and Google compatible, it’s easy to setup and I can ask Alexa to turn tv off and on! Also there is a Bluetooth connection so you can easily connect to wireless headphones or speaker. I was able to price match and got it for a steal at $349.99! But even at $399 or $450 it’s worth it.

So far I'm really pleased with this set! The picture quality is great! (..and much better than the 13-year old LCD tv that it replaced). Being able to watch (some) programs in 4K is fantastic!

The picture is great and it was easy to set up. We have another LG tv that’s been going strong for 10 years and still running. Hopefully the quality of this one is similar. The sound is good too!

Switched to LG products solely because of this TV. Compared the op system and remote Control for this TV to those of another brand and I was sold.

I love this TV it is a great tv and I got it on sale so it was a great price! It has a great picture and the sound and speakers work very well too. It is my second smart TV I would recommend for sure!

Very pleased with this TV. Set up was very easy - picture and sound are great. I replaced a inch 10 year old Plasma with this 55 inch LG - on sale - salesman was so helpful. Love the TV.

Purchased this TV over a year ago and I love it. Just getting around to cutting the cable cord this year and I am learning the apps portion of the TV now. Very easy to use.

Recently purchased this for my living room, such a great value for what it does. Love the picture quality and smart capabilities make it super simple to pivot between Netflix & Prime Video.

I love how it feels like I'm right there when I'm watching TV! The picture is so vivid! We just purchased this TV so I can't vouch for all of the bells and whistles yet, but I sure do love the picture!!

My first big screen or smart tv... and I love it! The menu is super easy to use. No complaints. I want another just like in but a little smaller for another room in my house.

This TV is excellent. We have it hooked totally to our Antenna. We get 15-30 channels pending on the weather with only a inside antenna. Cant wait to hook it to the outside antenna.

Overall, solid flatscreen. Only weakness is the stand. They could have invested more in a better designed stand. Otherwise, easy hookup and connection to all of the major streaming formats.

I always buy all my electronics from Best Buy. I brought a LG back in 2007 and it's still working! I didn't have 4k before, but I definitely notice the difference. I'll be a customer for life.

We have outgrown our old smart TV (now demoted to the kitchen) and thought it would be nice to get this. I love the picture and sound quality on it. I cannot think of anything not to like.

Great value for the price! exquisite picture, large panel, excellent operating system! Except for the absence of some apps, the tv is for me to be at least 10 years old!

Everything is good except for the remote control that’s not very intuitive but a matter of getting used to it I guess... Picture & sound is very good! But only had for 3 month..

The picture is very clear and sharp with brilliant color. The remote has buttons to directly access the DVD player, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I returned this TV shortly after I purchased it because the remote was not working properly. Several commands would not consistently work, especially the sound volume. It was glitchy and very frustrating. We called LG support twice. The people were very friendly but the problem was never solved. Nice sound and picture for the price. However I was afraid there would always be issues even if it was exchanged for new one. So I purchased a different brand.

LG - UHD 55” TV was purchased for my son’s man cave. It has vivid colors and seems like you are watching 3D because of the quality of the picture. Great TV to own.

I love just saying the channel I want to watch and bingo its done. Also it finds what I want without pulling up guide, And it comes on with on click and goes off with one click! EASY to work,
