Had looked at a few places, talked to a few different sales people. Every one had said that the Samsung tv in this price range was a below grade or entry level tv. This was a step up. A few said it has great sound and picture. It was very easy to set up. The sound is very nice in our narrow room. We went to Best Buy and they matched price with Costco. Plus was able to get the five year in home service warranty.

The 4K picture quality is excellent and I recommend you use a 4K hdmi cable to enhance this feature. I was looking for a smart TV that had more than 2 HDMI ports, this particular brand had 3, Alexa built in which made it easier to go from tv apps to different ports by speaking into a microphone. It also has a pointer which aids with filling in sign in or passwords features. I found this model easier to maneuver through all of it’s features to the extent that I bought another one in 43 inches. I highly recommend this brand.

This 55 inch TV is a great value. It replaces a 1 1/2 year old 49 inch LG TV that died just out of warranty. Because of our experience with that TV, I would highly recommend buying an extended warranty on any LG TV. The 4K picture is very clear, and I like the LG smart TV interface. Bluetooth headsets connect easily. I do wish it had more than 3 HDMI inputs (our last LG TV had 4). I had to buy a HDMI switcher to connect multiple devices. I’m getting used to the magic remote. I understand that LG will be adding Airplay 2 to this TV via a firmware update.

Got it at a discounted price ($100 off) which made this a great value. Picture quality is good, love the remote’s functionality. 3 HDMI ports are a huge plus. Menu is easy to navigate. I am happy so far with this smart TV.

I got this TV as a pre-black Friday deal and I’m super happy with it. I had a 47”, plasma Samsung TV that although was nice, wasn’t as clear as this tv. It has embedded smart tv features that made the purchase of the Apple TV kinda useless. I’d only buy an Apple TV, Roku or Fire TV if you absolutely needed one of the features those devices have, otherwise it’s useless because the tv already has it. The magic remote is really annoying and difficult to use. I haven’t figured out how to turn it off although I’m sure you can.

First off set up really easy, great picture crisp and clear, and the remote works great. Price is even lower now then when I purchased it.

Crystal clear picture! Fully all the features I was looking for and a few others thrown in which I am now enjoying also. Very easy to use. (Last "SMART" TV I bought may have had a few of these features as well but required mastering a manual full of obscure commands and sequential contortions that weren't worth the effort.) This TV is very user friendly with controls and searching for functions being very intuitive.

The picture is AMAZING. The remote control is AMAZING. The menu is easy to navigate. Overall it is a great TV for a great price!

This is a great tv. The picture quality is great, it looks awesome in dark rooms, and the sound I loud enough that I don’t really need my sound bar but I use it anyways for the bass. Connects seamlessly to my PS4 and turns on when I turn on my console. I thought with the remote not having number buttons and things it would be hard to use but I actually love the remote. Best part is that I don’t need to point it at the tv at all

Tried the Westinghouse on black friday for 150 the insignia and onn all 50 inch 4k TV's and the quality was definitely what you would expect from 150 dollars so I opted to spend a little more and I'm so glad I did this tv is amazing the color the contrast the clarity were all far more than I hoped for and after adjusting the settings for use it got even better. I would highly recommend this tv you spend a little more upfront but it'll save you time in the long run

Crisp, sharp images...easy to set up...highly functional remote. This was an excellent buy at a great price.

We do have a few upgrades with this tv, that we are still learning. It does have a great picture, vibrant colors. Sound is very clear. We are very pleased with a newer model. Only one thing we would like to see done differently is a stronger base. We feel the legs are not sturdy enough for a 55 inch TV. It is a little wobbly!! Other wise extremely pleased with this TV. We do hope it last longer than our previous LG 55 inch... Our previous LG only lasted 4 years...

Setup was very easy, 4K shows are gorgeous. Smart aspect is user friendly and easy to use. Overall great tv.

our TV died a few days before super bowl and there was no way I was going to miss the game. We went to best buy and I has a price in mind on what I wanted to spend yet I wanted a good quality tv. Of course there were a lot of sales going on for tvs that were ok quality but the features of the LG series out shined all others. when going to best buy it is always good to talk to the sales reps any and all questions are answered

We love this tv. It is very fast. The picture is clear. We love the magic remote too. Being able to press the Netflix button or Amazon prime video button on the remote and have it turn on the tv and go straight to the app is an awesome feature too. If only it had a Hulu or YouTube button too.

Great picture, great sound, easy to use, great app options. I'm not an expert and all I can do is compare this TV to the last one I had. I like this one much better. The sound is great, I can actually hear what people are saying. Netflix/Hulu/Amazon pull right up...there is no lag time as there was with my previous TV. I seem to have more app options which is cool. It wasn't expensive. Great for the price.

Very nice picture, sharp colors. The salesman was very helpful and did not try to talk me into something I didnt need. TV is very easy to use, nice build in features. I hired the "Geek Squad " to install, I ordered a tv stand also. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They walked me through all the features. They cleaned up, when they left you couldn't even tell they were here!

For such a big tv, great price. Quality is fantastic and was super easy to set up
