The first two were Insignia and both had issues with picture quality right out of the box which surprised us because we loved the insignia plasma we replaced with this tv, we had it for years. However, movies having to stop and refresh and sometimes getting kicked out and having to start over takes away from the enjoyment of watching movies but not sure it is due to the TV. My husband says the way the sound comes out makes if difficult to understand/hear sometimes.

I did get the warranty just to be on the safe side. Everyone was very helpful at Best buy.they matched the price for me too.

Was great for two years

Hoped high quality would last longer. Looking to replace and will probably go back to Samsung.
