That transpired and they kept your word. I spent some more so hopefully I’ll love the new product.

Great Picture but features hard to navigate

Very little is covered in instructions. YouTube, a typical go-to for more information was of little help either. So the user is left trying to research how to get various pieces working, especially with the cable box DVR. I've had the television well over a month figure out new things every day through trial and error.

She was amazing. I was shopping on a budget but she showed me differences between models And why I might consider upgrading. She also talked to me about warranty which I bought and even made sure I had the HDMI chord

Great living room TV

The software on the tv is very user friendly and I love the updated smart remote. Only con is when using the legs that come with the tv I do notice there is some wobble but not in a way that makes me feel the tv is unsecured. If I need to adjust hdmi cables/etc I just place a hand on top of the tv so it doesn’t wobble.
