I had an interesting experience. The installer actually mistakenly installed a Sony, and then needed to install this, which I ordered. Although it's fine for a second TV room, it really made me see the difference in visual quality and easy navigation. I'm not a fan of this TV, don't like the curser, challenging to navigate settings and to record, but for a second room, it's fine.

Works great, very nice picture but it could be a little bit simpler to use.

Easy to use, i'd liked the color on screen, the remote give me new experience.

It's worth it! Not as good as sony, but much better than Samsung for sure.

Tv is great great depth good apps have trouble out of YouTube tv on it though

I'm still learning how to manuever through all the high tech features on the television as well as the smart remote. My son, who is the tech savvy guy of the family, came and connected the surround sound to the television. Loving the new addition to my She-Room!!!

Great choice for a lower priced smart,4k , UHD tv with very good features.

I've been buying LG for at least the last 8 years and I can now say I truly hate WebOS. LG lags way behind the rest of pack when comes to releasing apps so you can stream other services. Then what they do have for apps crash and need to reboot a couple of times a week. Also WebOS is as slow as molasses in January. I don't like their auto dimming feature because it likes to jump from dark to light nonstop so I adjust the TV's power save mode from off to medium at night or a pitch black room will get set on maximum but the time it takes to open the menu now and do this can take upwards of 2 minutes. That's WebOS for you, every update they make to it just makes it crawl that much slower. The rest of the TV is brilliant. I love 4K and LG definitely nails that part but if you use the menu much WebOS will drive you nuts.

The software is awesome. It’s amazing to me at some Dre we may tree TVs not fuse newer ya better picture but upgraded software.. sad... either way good tv great delivery service from Best buy I did research lg takes the prize at this price point

I am very happy with my purchase. It took a minute to get used to, switching from a "dumb" tv to a smart one. Lots of neat features. The remote control leaves a bit to be desired with the Nintendo Wii-like selection though not too big of a deal.
