Love this TV to replace my 3 year old Visio. I love the apps now that I don't have cable and use YouTube TV app for TV channels with Centurylink Internet. Got and additional remote online and it works great. LOVE it!!

The image is clear but very dark. The blackness of the scenes is different than real life, so I guess the images look candied. Amazon talking does not change the movie, neither does the Google voice button. However, both do searches. Setup was easy but then some parts were difficult and required a second internet device.

Very good TV for the price. Nice upgrade for the basement.

Great price and accommodating staff. Was able to price match to amazon since it was fulfilled by amazon. Purchased bc we were told we could download xfinity stream. It is currently the beta version of the app, but still fully functional without having a cable box and extra wires. Looks great mounted over the fireplace.

I’m usually not all into televisions. If it’s on it’s on, if not, it does not matter. After getting this one, I’m in love. I do streaming and to have Roku and being able to have Netflix and You Tube already there is nice!

I came from a Sony Plasma, a GREAT TV. After seeing this picture from the side, I knew I couldn't live with it. Sadly, looks like OLED is really the only competitor to 8 year old Plasma tech. The remote and menu system was amazing, though! I am just picky.

This was our COVID purchase. It was the very beginning of our shut down. We decided we would be home a lot more and having more family time watching movies so we finally made the upgrade!

The Gueek Squad did a great job of setting up both of the new T.V. and taking away the old T.V.s We are still learning all the new features of the product but they gave us a good overview of the T.Vs capabilities.

Easy shopping experience, lots of help from staff. The product is everything that is stated. Some issues connecting initially with Alexa, and all features don't work with it. Everything else is pretty good!

I bought an open-box the was labeled satisfactory/missing two screws. That bad boy was brand new with two screws missing for the feet. I turned it on and thought it was 3D. Best TV I ever owned.

The picture quality was good. I liked the TV, but streaming 4K content had a lot of judder. I tried different settings and nothing helped. None of my other TVs have had an issue like that. Returned it for a Samsung.

Very low quality, very cheap, very fragile. After only 1 month of purchase the screen broke while moving it off the mount. I purchased this equipment with a “geek squad protection plan.” Which did not mention that they do not replace the screen if it breaks. And the manufacturers warranted department is a joke. They won’t even schedule a tech to come and diagnose the equipment. Their response is, “we don’t have access to the system and we don’t have any techs available in your area. Just call back tomorrow to see if we have a tech in your area.” Manufacturing warrantee Doesn’t mean jack. Only one month of use. I’m switching back to Samsung, they make really good equipment which I never had any problems with and they actually make an attempt to work with any issues you’re having when dealing with their equipment.

we bought the new TV along a sound system that was good the only bad was the sound bar bracket was a return missing items and did not fit my TV bracket i am still working that otherwise everything was good

I haven’t bought a TV in s long time .I researched a ton of TV and I decided on this new LG. This TV is amazing and I’m so happy I bought it and hit a terrific price also and free delivery. Great purchase

My husband and I have this as a Christmas present for my son’s family. They love it. The young kids love watching their favorite kids shows. Great gift and happy to see how they enjoy it!!

I purchased this TV July 10, 2019 and it is the best TV I have ever owned. It took a little time to get up but once we got it it was very easy to use.

My sales person was terrific, I think his name was Mike? Knew everything I needed to know not pushy and I would go to him again. Oh and the Tv works great! Delivery was next day and on time.
