Found the perfect tv the guy who helped me was very helpful and informative I believe his name was Frayden now sure on the spelling. But Got exactly what I wanted couldn’t be more pleased!

I debated between this TV and Samsung and felt that this one had a slightly better picture especially from angles, but I have not been impressed with the "smart" tv UI portion.

We mounted this on the end wall of our main floor living space where we creating a theater type furniture arrangement. It provides beautiful color and clarity. Would buy this make/model again.

The picture seems ok out of the box. The set up was a bit cumbersome because any incorrect entries seemed to require starting from the beginning to correct. The pointer has a tendency to not move in unison with the control. Overall, it still seems worth it at the $475 price.

Very pleased with the quality of the LG TV and as pleased with the excellent installation services. We are Best Buy clients for many years and this experience has been outstanding.

Nicely mounted TV for recreation room. Display is not quite as good as our main TV but acceptable. Sound synchronizes well with speech movement of lips in display. We have had problems in another poorer quality TV, but not with this one.

My TV had quit working and I had the extended warranty on it. When I called Best Buy they tried mine, when it couldn’t be fixed, they ordered me a new one and installed it for me

The TV itself HAD an awesome picture. Two weeks after purchase it quit working. That was in May. It is now July and the service provider who is 132 miles away has yet to look at the TV. The parts they ordered are not available for another two weeks. Then I have to be scheduled in. Looking at almost August before the TV is even looked at. And that is assuming those are actually the parts it needs. I tried to get this piece of crap TV replaced due to the long wait time of the parts. After another week of waiting for them to review the case LG has refused to swap it out. So IF I am lucky it may be watchable three months after it initially broke. Save your money and sanity and pick a company with better service!

Picked this up for my new apartment and it’s a great size and excellent for all my gaming needs. Although trying to connect to Alexa is wonky but not a deal breaker

Purchased less than 2 months ago and already have to have it serviced. TV randomly shuts itself off and then restarts. Picture and features are good though.

Love this TV. I have had LG products before and always had good luck with them. Sometimes I think this "smart" tv is too smart for me. I am still learning all it can do. :)

This is a good tv if you're looking into purchasing a low-end 4K TV. I really didn't know much about it. I spoke with several Best Buy personnel working in the TV section and they recommended this TV as the best low-cost option. I'm pleased with it.

Really like the TV, however, the legs on it are junk. One snapped off as we were setting it up. Bought a new type that are metal.

Needed a good sized but reasonably priced tv to replace our old projection TV in the basement. Looking for something just for working out and this is perfect. Best Buy also took the old TV to discard but charged $25 disposal fee... this worked well for us.

I have been impressed with LG TVs. This is the second one that I have purchased within the last few years, the one I own prior to that lasted me over 15 years.

The tv has great picture and sound but downloading apps is not easy, and you can only download what’s available at the LG store, so no Roku, HBO, etc.

I love the magic remote, overall I like the tv, I wish the sound was better, and the smart side of it, I wish it had Roku installed in it or something, it just has a few apps like Hulu and Netflix, Vudu, so I purchased a firestick, which I love anyways.

The LG UM7300PUA is a good TV for most uses. It is best suited for a bright room, and is very good for watching sports in the afternoon or TV shows during the day.

We purchased some new TV’s for our home. The wonderful people at Best Buy helped us find affordable yet very good TV’s The price was right and the service was amazing.

Sound is Great!!!! Video is good!! Set up???? Trying to set channel's I like and delete the other's Go to, EDIT ALL CHANNELS, and (Select channel(s) Then click the button for desired action.) "What Button"??? I Have Over 30 on the hand held remote and more on the TV Screen ????????????????
