Bought this TV to upgrade from an older model I bought a couple years ago. Goes great in my living room for gaming and watching movies in HDR. Perfect TV to get!

I am satisfied for the quality and for the price that I had paid. Also for the very helpful Best Buy representative that I believe his name may have been JAKE!

We upgraded from a pretty old TV so anything probably would’ve been an improvement. All the streaming functionality is great especially since we cut the cord.

This TV has completely changed my view on 4K. I always thought it was a gimmick until I saw TV shows and movies with the resolution maxed (watch using a gaming PC).

I have to LG did it again. The application is fast-loading, not like my old vizio where it freezes. Thank you BestBuy for super easy transaction.

Happy with everything so far looking to get a 75 in now if the price is right shopping around I would buy the LG 75UM7570PUD if the price gets below $950

Love my 55in TV. My only issue is..HDMI ports. Wish I had at least 1 more. And I don't want to purchase an adapter. But anywho. I would purchase LG again from Best Buy if I needed another tv but I don't..and delivery was great!

Overall, very happy with the TV. Got it on a good sale and am very happy. It is exactly what I was looking for in more of an entry level 4K. Very Happy!

When we hooked the TV up, we could not get the TV recognize the "Direct TV box". (NO Signal error message) after changing out cords and ports, and working with the Geek Squad, and Direct TV over the phone for several hours trying to trouble shoot the problem. Geek Squad was dispatched to the house for a service call. When the Tech arrived he ran several test, and the end results are listed below: Problem Description: BRAND NEW LG TV IS NOT GETTING A SIGNAL IN ANY OF THE HDMI INPUTS. Repair Description: Defective TV within return policy So, with that said, I choose to return the LG and exchange it for a different brand. I wasn't going to chance having issues with it in the future.

i really like this tv. and the prize was nice. sometimes i wish i had waited longer. seen tv's bigger and cheaper. other than that nice quality of image.

I love that the LG television comes with internet channels as apart of its setup package. A great unexpected bonus considering I do not have cable.

This TV has a brilliant 4K Display and a refined user interface. Apple play is a huge plus to cast pictures to the tv right off your iPhone or iPad.

Associate was very nice when I wanted to switch another tv out for this one. I love the tv and will always go to Best Buy for my electronics needs

Found the perfect smart TV at an unbeatable price! Paid $200 less for an open box tv. Everything works fine, nothing was damaged or missing!

It’s an insane value if you get it on sale like I did. Great as a budget set that I use outside under my porch. I’m to nervous to put an expensive set out there in fear of the weather. If this gets damaged I’ll live with it.

BB, thanks for having such a wide variety of products to chose from. However the prices listed on many products including the one I bought was $70 higher than the competitors. The price was indeed matched but then I lost a promotion of 10% off from getting applied. So, basically BB increases the prices and then provides customers with discount coupons. If I had used 10% off I would still be paying $25 higher than the competitors.

Had the unfortunate circumstance of a tv cracking on me during a move, but I couldn’t be happier with how well this new one works, highly recommend

So far so good! I wish we had more time to play with it because it gets a little confusing for us older people. Overall we really like this camera!

It’s a good tv. I went in wanting a Samsung. Salesman assured me I would like this better. I don’t. Will get a Samsung next time. Maybe here. Maybe somewhere else.

We had our last TV for 10 years. The difference in screen picture on the LG is awesome in comparison. The built in apps are a huge plus.
