Most of the content doesn't play on this tv that is casted from my iphone. iOS device should always be on for screen mirroring . LG has to seriously look at this issue.

The quality and picture was nice and crispy. The sound is amazing. The features on it plus the smart remote make the tv even better. The only reason I decided to rate it a 2 is because it had many problems. It froze many times. I would get into an app and it would freeze in the loading part and then just turn off. I believe that I had just received a defective tv overall.

Still no luck. I am learning bit by bit how to use it, but I would like to know it's full potential!

Wonderful TV (except audio) at right size & price!

Fortunately my entertainment center does not allow it to move to either side.

It was fantastic at first

At first it was great, but then as I was watching a show recorded on YouTubeTV and fast forwarded the show once I pressed play there was no sound, it came back, and then it went out again. I went to my other (Samsung TV) and turned on the same show and it was perfectly fine. This has happened with almost every single recorded show on YouTubeTV. I got fed up and contacted LG thinking maybe there’s an easy software fix. They had me do a hard reset and then I turned on another show and FF and of course it did it again. Their suggestion was to contact a local LG technician and have them come look at it. Well, this is during the whole COVID situation so I asked the LG chat person if they were even looking at TVs and she didn’t know and didn’t offer to check. I don’t have time to wait until this is all over due to the limited return period and then read that their warranty is horrible for TVs. This was a week ago and I’ve been trying to see if I can deal with it, but today the Magic Mouse froze and then a tv show did. Now I’ve been trying to give it the benefit of a doubt, maybe it’s my internet etc... but no problems with my 10 yr old Samsung. This will most likely be exchanged for a Samsung. I wanted to try something different and it didn’t work. I’m considering returning this and purchasing the same model to see if I don’t have issues, but honestly having to go to a store right now (hopefully this will fit in my car) isn’t the best idea but I can’t get stuck with a crappy $400 TV. However, the magic remote is super cool. If you don’t use YouTubeTV It might be fine. Netflix has only frozen once and Amazon Prime hasn’t at all. If I exchange for the same TV and experience anything different I’ll update this.

The color is sometimes lacking in this tv even if I change the settings. Overall though for the price it seems to be a quality buy.

TV broke after a few months of use

There is no visible signs of crack or any type of physical damage. LG support is terrible and offers no recourse other than buy another TV. I really liked the TV when it worked, so much so that I bought another one. After the headache trying to resolve this I wouldn't recommend buying it again without purchasing the extended warranty, so please consider that with the purchase price.
