LG claims that they work along side the TV (WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THE TV) doesn't work at all, cone to find out they make you signup to this LG thinQ app that absolutely doesn't work whatsoever for any device previously mentioned. Everyone reviewed the app has the same complaints the app has 1.3 out of 5 stars. I'm going to be returning this Tv for that reason, and the next reason I'll mention now. The video quality is atrocious with lag, motion lag, & video in general there is like no way to view anything without missing parts because blacks are not dark enough (contrast is awful) as well as everything unnatural looking. I believed some other good reviews and even looked at the bad reviews but wanted this TV anyway because i wanted to connect my smart home. But since its a complete disgrace I'll be returning. I'm highly Unsatisfied. Same yourself the trouble & trust the bad reviews. Now i have to figure out how to get this back to the store, cause it's heavy too.
