Thisis on top of a remote that is like a laser-pointer cursor, but when you click OK on the mote, that button is also a cursor so you end up fighting two controls for one function. Wish TVs were made a little more "dumb" with more ease on navigation.

Spoke to staff at Best Buy and they told me I have to contact manufacturer because I didn’t purchase their service plan. Brand new TV. Shouldn’t have too. Pretty disappointed. Now waiting for a service guy to come look at it and I am told that if they do feel it is a manufactured issue then I will have to pay to have it fixed. Again brand new tv.

Nothing But Problems

This TV worked great when we first got it. About 4-5 months ago it became nothing but problems. The Bluetooth quit linking, it won't download required certificates and it no longer gets an "LG Content Channels." Yes I did everything every online info site had . . . plug-unplug, factory reset, you name it. It a piece of trash except for the picture. Heed the other reviews. We are dumping this and getting a Vizio which we had before and gave us ZERO problems.
