    I use this tv as a computer monitor and the mouse lag is horrible. Also, when watching old movies over the air,the picture quality is really bad. On the plus side,there are a lot of free tv channels.

    TV lasted about three weeks and then started intermittently going off. Best Buy would not let us return it because it was past the 15 day purchase date. LG came out and turned off some software that is bad so now the quick start feature can’t be enable without the problem starting again. The whole situation is ridiculous and Best Buy should have allowed it to be returned given it was less than a month and LG is having the same problem with many of there TV’s.

    Sometimes there's a picture but no sound. Other times the screen is just blank. Basically, the tv needs to be "rebooted" from time to time. Good thing it was relatively inexpensive.

    Best Buy set it up so I know it's set correctly, but the picture isn't as sharp as I expected. I am not too impressed, overall.

    Do not like the remote control at all !!!! The mouse effect in control is a nuisance TV has great Picture but remote sucks

    The tv remote won't allow the Comcast remote to turn on the TV or change the sound. We have to use both remotes.

    Got this tv after the first LG I bought 2 weeks prior screen was already cracked when I took it out of the box. This was a replacement. Out of no where the legs popped out from under it and the part that goes inside the bottom was melted. I took legs I had on another tv on it and only lifted it up to screw them in. Turned the tv back on and the screen at the top is now cracked with thin color lines going down it. They returned the first with hesitation so I'm afraid if I take this one back Best buy will not trade it out. I contacted LG and they want to charge $125.00 to have a technician come look at it. I have never owned a tv where the screen was so sensitive and cracks so easy.

    Good cheap tv with basic functions for 2020 standard. Great first apartment or dorm room TV. Not big enough for large rooms

    The picture distorts when changing frames. Otherwise a good purchase. I bought the LG sound bar. The sound is better now.

    Couldn't tell the difference between this TV and my 1080p LG. Bought an M series Vizio instead.

    I know this is a bit different from most product reviews. After owning this TV for 7 months, I attempted to plug the Optical output into an audio preamp. Unfortunately the music cuts on and off. I contacted the preamp manufacturer first: there comment was LG tv's do not play well with a number of external devices. I began my research, sure enough there are records of this for 3+ years. LG is yet to correct it. When I contacted LG for a resolution, they stated it was a compatibility issue and not a defect. I get that if you just learned of the issue, but after 3+ years it is a defect. LG refuses to discuss any resolution. So I have TV that I cannot utilize as I would like. I know the ARC is an option, but also found issues with that over the years for some users. Other than that and poor customer service the TV is as good as most at this price.

    The tv in my bedroom went out, so I ended up looking for a tv even though I wasn’t planning on it. I did a great deal of research, and I was happy that I found the perfect one for me. I spent 400 dollars, and it was the worst decision. The feature of the tv were nice, but the biggest issue was how dark the picture quality was. I knew that the black levels of the tv weren’t the best, but it seem like the tv should have been 12 time brighter. I tried to watch Captain Marvel and the entire time I was squinting because I thought I couldn’t see. I pulled the movie up on my phone, and the difference was astounding. I saw things that I didn’t even knew were that. That’s when I knew I had to return the tv.

    Tv is ok. A little dark, but my main complaint is you cant pair spectrum remote with tv and lg soundbar. Tried every way i know amd read about but no luck.stores are closed because of covid 19 outbreak so not very happy here.
