Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the picture quality, ease of setup, price, remote control, and smart TV features. They appreciate the amazing picture quality, easy setup process, reasonable price, user-friendly remote control, and the overall smart TV experience. However, there are concerns regarding the legs being wobbly and difficult to install, the lack of a user manual, the TV's durability, limited smart features, and the quality of the black levels.

Not the right TV for me.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV but ended up returning it. I really didn't like the remote with the mouse cursor on the screen. I thought the picture quality was pretty sub-par as well.

Don’t buy this tv if you want to watch HBO
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unbelievable that this tv does not support HBO. (and various other main stream apps) Called LG directly and they confirm no support for HBO. This is a deal breaker for me. This tv is going straight back to Best Buy. I would never ever buy another LG tv/appliance. I feel like they totally cheated me. There was no info on any sites about LG not supporting HBO. Pretty weak for a big company like LG to deceive their customers like this.

good tv, bad remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV is fine but I absolutely hate the "magic" remote and there is no universal remote to replace it!

Not happy with the purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not happy with the purchase of the LG tv I purchased. The picture often skips and it does not seem like HD quality. I continue to change picture settings and it seems like all of the settings are the same except the color. Not a great value to me

Buggy
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it after two days. Stopped recognizing any HDMI input and would randomly freeze up and then restart. Too bad, it’s a great TV but I don’t want to take a chance with another one.

Dissapointment
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting up first time the cheap legs broke on so I have to prop it up. The back lighting is horrible and makes most scenes especially dark ones hard to make out. The motion smoothing makes it look like you are watching something recorded on videotape.

Trash
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After the automatic update, this piece of trash stopped working. I never go LG, but the TV was a good price, so I took a chance. Biggest regret. Takes days to have it serviced and that's not even a guaranteed fix. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and go Samsung.

Flimsy quality of TV legs.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The legs of the TV broke as soon as I connected them. The quality is so flimsy that they could not handle the weight of an Ultraslim TV. Now I will have to spend unnecessarily on wall mounting the TV. I'm really disappointed!

Stop lying yall its mediocre at best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll be straight forward for all you buyers out there. Ok the entire purpose of getting a 4k TV is to see movie in 4k with decent lighting , depth and crisp image resolution. Wheb it comes to that then this TV fails miserable. Yes if it's a general 1080p show or 1080p video game the color is decent. However if you watch HDR or full 4k at all the TV drastically darkens for no reason at all. Either the other reviewers are paid actors or dont watch HDR. I had a samsung and it was muddy but at least if you darkened the room details stood out. Because so called experts said this TV does better in day or neutral lighting I said ok I'll try it out. It's TRUE it does do better in other video quality but HDR video games you wont be able to even see you're characters. Even with expert settings it's a glitch that cant be undone. At least with the samsung it was always dark so my eyes adjusted but it's worse when it goes dark from a bright color for no reason. Nice inputs, nice remote, nice sound, nice bells and whistles. However you can take all that if you give me good HDR. You're better off with a TCL I had a TCL 65 inch that lasted a year. Yes they break down on you but at least they go out with a bang. The TCLs have really good picture and same roku capabilities for cheaper. For this to be the company that sells qled I expect better this tv pretty much is mediocre. I still play my ps4 but it's not HDR which was the point . Have a good one yall say this blessing Jesus is lord and have victory in you're life peace .

Great TV for under $500. Dont go cheapo!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought a 70 inch LG for my basement that I love so when I went into the store looking to replace my family room's 55 inch TV I was looking at the LG but the guy on the floor there suggested I buy the Samsung 600 series that was on sale. Oh was that a wrong move and after giving a day or two I decided to return this, pay a little more, and get the LG ThinQ model. Now I am in business. What a great picture, great apps, killer remote. Love this TV. So my advice is this, you may want to go cheapo but spend the extra hundred and get a really good tv.
