The picture on this TV is fantastic. Sound is OK for bedroom location. The quirks: A. The remote; laser pointer style seemed like a great feature in the store, but it's just annoying after the cool factor wears off. The cursor stays on screen way too long after you have made your selections. -1 Star B. The stand: Both legs broke as soon as I set the TV onto my dresser. -1 Star. If you plan on using some sort of VESA mount and Smartphone remote, then this is easily a 5 Star TV.

It's a good LED TV, high resolution and good size at living room. I bought it when the time with discount. We used this LG TV for watching movies, football games, browsing internet and playing video games, and sometimes, we also used it as our laptop extended screen, this LG TV can take good care of those activities.

Nice quality. It is with very good functions and options. Enjoy using it.

So let me start out by saying that I recently had a high end Samsung that was over half the price of this LG and the backlight brightness and the crisp colors exceed the Samsung! Do not let the low price tag fool ya! I'm beyond happy with my LG 4k tv!!!

this tv is perfect. sets up nicely with lg sound bar sl4y. great duo for a basement. the magic remote works with dtv, netflix, hulu, amazon prime, and alexa. used to be a fan of samsung but lg wins with os layout and performance.

Nice picture and good sound. Interface is cumbersome. I have a Roku and like it’s interface much better. Wish I could disable the smart interface and just use it as a standard tv.

The LG tv was the right size for the right price for my entertainment room.

The quality is nice but I have to re-register the device for Amazon Prime Video every time I turn on the TV. Its incredibly frustrating and I'm starting to hate using my TV.

After much research and back and forth about the new and greatest tv’s that were out around last Christmas we were very excited about our new purchase. Everything was fine until the other night while trying to turn it on we got a black screen. We spent a few hours trying to figure out what was wrong. We went through all the settings and any app that we could think of that would help. We unplugged all connections from our cable hookup via the wall connection as well as the connection to the tv itself. I even reset my cable modem but to no avail. Then woke up in the morning and tried and it was back to working order only to now have it once again not working to show any connection with our normal cable channels. However the Netflix app works which tells me it has nothing to do with my cable network because the WiFi is fine and all other TVs in the house are in proper working order which by the way are NOT made by LG. We paid $480 for a tv to not work only 4 months later. Don’t think we will be buying LG again

Fundamentals of the TV are fine but the app store is horrendous. How can you release a TV in 2019 with out access to these apps?! No HBO Now, HBO Go, PBS Kids, MLB TV. No ability to display Amazon Cloud Cameras. I'm really worried now that this won't get Disney Plus in Nov. 2019 when that launches. Also, in the modern streaming age, you have to allow a TV to boot up on an app of choice (like YouTube TV). How is that not an option. Soundbar via ARC HDMI won't work either. All of these things can be fixed with firmware updates and I hope they do so.
